Brought on a beach trip only got to use it once but it saved my go pro. I would have lost it there it was floating in the water.

If you have an older GoPro and spend a bunch of time on the water..... this is a must have!!! Would recommend

Easy to install and floats great. I recommend a floaty stick instead of this if not mounting to a board or other.

Camera stays at the surface of water all the time, it will save your camera from drowning, simple to install, simple to use.

Bought this for a recent trip to playa del carmen, worked just as I would hope it would and even made a 30' jump into a Cenote just out side the Mayan city of Chiechen Itza. Totally worth the price if you want your GoPro to float. Other ones I've seen that are not the GoPro brand usually last my buddies and I about 1 summer of use. This one seems like it is drastically holding up better.

The Floaty is really fun. It comes with an additional waterproof backdoor that you attach the float to. When in the water, the float holds the GoPro level and allows the entire camera to go beneath the surface of the water. I know it's designed as a "safety" device, so as to not loose the GoPro - but I have found it useful and fun to video while floating! You can get some great video! Just remember to tether it so your camera doesn't get the idea to just take off on it's own!

Great float for the camera. Unfortunately it hides the back of the camera screen when in use.

My boyfriend and I ride the jetski on the weekends and we purchased this just to be on the safe side to not have any "what if" thoughts and it's worth it! love it and it's not expensive at all.

Floats perfectly. Unable to view back screen but it’s worth the trade off being able to float.

The floaty back door is really useful when your near or in water. The reason I'm giving it 4 stars is it doesn't work with additional weight (it will sink). I was using the grip part of the 3-way and it ended up floating. So depending on what mount your using and how much it weighs it might work. Other than that it is a great product in the water.

This product does it’s job really well. Takes away the worry of losing your go pro in the water if it comes loose from the mount. It includes a back door for the original case that comes with the camera. The adhesive is the same as used for the mounts. It has been a really good solution to a potential problem.

Waterproof is great but this keeps it afloat so you don't have to dive for it

This is great for taking pics in the water. Camera floats without getting wet.

I took this to Maui, it worked well keeping the camera afloat in the waves.

This is a cheap and effective way of keeping your gopro safe around water. I have a friend who had his gopro attached to my boat to get some shots of people tubing. Someone knocked the camera off the mount and sunk 40 feet down, never to be found. Necessity for the $400 camera.
