The handle has ergonomic feel, which is very comfortable. It fully recharged my Hero Silver 4 in less than 30 minutes. So far, after multiple uses, the battery has lasted over 3 hours. The only downside for Hero 4 users is that the case that has to be purchased separately does not provide total protection for the camera

Helps alot

It also has a lot of battery. I was out and about on vacation and filming everything around me throughout the day and the Grip had enough juice to last the whole day. While using the Grip, the GoPro uses the Grip's battery so all of those backup batteries for the GoPro weren't being used because the Grip had so much juice!

I’m not saying it’s not worth it.... but the price just to balance a camera..... the only reason I went with this item was because the salesmen stated the other ones would work but I could use the functions on the actual machine like I could with this one....: or whatever he stated
