I wasn't sure if this was worth the money to begin with. Now I am convinced that this would surely add to better video quality. I noticed smooth movements and more battery life. It also adds good grip instead of tripod. I like the fact that I don't have to remove the side cover to charge. Grip itself has USB input. Case is so good that I can carry it with me all the time with go pro attached to the grip.

I couldn't be happier with the purchase of this gimbal. I originally bought direct from GoPro, and that Karma Grip was faulty. I returned it the same day I got it, and it took almost 3 weeks for them to accept the return at their warehouse. Lesson learned, buy from Best Buy. If there is a problem they deal with GoPro, and you get to exchange it for a working one, same day. Other than that the Grip itself worked flawless for me, and the battery life has been exceptionally long. Great Product.

When it comes to Stabilization, it does a phenomenal job. I had tried a $50 Platinum Camera Stabilizer from Best Buy. I had to returned it after spending extremely frustrating 10 days where I just could not balance my Sony A6300. Karma Grip while a little expensive, works right out of the box. There is a little bit of negative feedback online regarding audio noise but it is not a deal maker for me. I mostly use it for live actions and I always add background music. If I really need audio from the footage, I know I can always remove noise in post processing. The only one thing that bothers me is the clever price point. They are positioning it at under $300 but that only comes with a USB A to USB C cable. The fast charging wall adapter and USB C to USB C is sold separately at another $50. Without the charges, it takes 8-10 hours and with the charger the time reduces by up to 70%. They could have easily priced this at $325 to $340 and included the fast charger and C to C cable. I would have preferred that instead of having to pay $50 separately (not to mention the time and cost of shipping that is wasted).

This is a great accessorie for the gopro5 it's amazing the results of the videos using this grip, The only thing that can be improved is the time that last the battery to be charged you must be very patient because it last like six hours to be charged. The other thing is that it's not very cheap but it's worth it

This is a very cool gimbal. I bought it as a second gimbal because my existing gimbal wasn't mountable. So far I've mounted it on a chesty and suction cup dash mount. Looking forward to the Karma extension cable to increase my mounting options. Once you've seen stabilized video from this gimbal......you won't go back.

its a great accessory if you do sports and bikes etc...otherwise, i would pass because its overpriced for what little it does. I just wish it didnt charge the camera because it drains the battery of the Karma. I rather it not charge the camera and last longer since i can always swap out the battery on the camera.

This is a wonderful bit of kit. I have a drone so I am used to gimbals and this one is great. It charges the GoPro while it is switched on. Its very easy to operate although the instructions are very poor. I needed to look at a video online to figure out how to attach the GoPro, it turns out you have to remove a door on the GoPro to allow the ports on the Grip to connect. The screen can be obscured in certain angles, although I don't find that a big problem.

I do video for music videos primarily, up-scale ambient and orchestral, and this thing is AMAZING for getting really smooth, 4k video for my works. I would definitely recommend it!

My initial purchase for this was returned as it would get stuck and begin vibrating. I exchanged it for another and it's been great. The stabilizer is wonderful and works even while running! I use it with a GoPro Hero4 and the footage I get is very stable. I couldn't be more happy with it.

This is a simple and very easy to use gimbal. Anyone that is familiar with a GoPro will have no problems using this product. The resulting video is smooth and excellent. Not to mention the extended battery life.

Makes video smooth. Easy to use, few clicks and you are able to let the gopro capture video without having to worry about being too fast, you can run without the video being shaky. Nice that it charges gopro when clipped in. Not too bulky.

Works great and simple to use. Holds up up well to in harsh weather and in snow sports which was the reason for purchase over other gimbals. Only downside so far, camera feeds off of gimbal battery, so gimbal is usually dead after 1.75 hours and camera still fully charged.

It is very pricey but it's the price you pay for steady footage. This is going to be a very simple but straight forward review. If you want super smooth footage, more battery life and a gimbal that just simply works then the karma grip is the accessory for you. It is very sturdy and simple to use. If you have the extra cash then buy it. I wish I would have purchased this sooner.

The videos you can create with this grip are absolutely unreal. Because this is programmed for the GoPro, it makes it that much simpler to use.

Gopro go this product properly functioning! It is smooth, easy to use, helps me make great videos that have zero shakes and actually look better than drone footage at eye level.

This product has increased the usability a 100%. The learning curve is very short and once you get the hang of it you get stunning results.

Makes videos a whole lot smoother when hand holding GoPro camera. No shakey clips like the old style camcorder recordings of days gone by. Makes panning and tilting so smooth.

Love this gimbal. Watching videos are much more pleasant with the steadiness this product provides. Has been awesome for family vacations.

I never got to use the product that much besides experimenting with it around the house. I took it on our honeymoon cruise. We went on an ATV excursion and in the middle of the excursion, it poured down on us and ruined the Karma grip. With that being said, make sure you have a waterproof bag along with you! I did return the product to gopro for repairs. They sent back a new handle and someone there at gopro swiped the stabilizer rendering me with a product I cannot and still haven't used. I can say despite my bad experiences that the product works well when I experimented around the house.
