After reviewing all possible setups for my Hero5, I settled on the Karma Grip. The ability to use the mounts I already have is a huge plus. I also couldn't resist using the accessories deal to get 25% off! I haven't had any issues with this during my first week and am excited to start getting out there and really putting this to use.

The stability didn't blow my mind....I would definitely recommend for its convenience....very easy to use and works well with the standard go pro accessories...it just takes forever to charge.

This has been so much fun to use to film my hiking videos and making the walking scenes just smooth as silk. I didn't read the manual but was able to pick up how to operate it pretty quickly. I recommend this highly. Even the battery life is decent when compared to the actual battery life of the GoPro

Yes i'm doing this for best buy point to be added to my account, but i do like the Karma. I've used it on two vacations and it worked without a flaw. However, the first one I sent back to GoPro. It go stuck in battery mode or something like that. This one has never had an issue.

Bought the karma Grip for stabilization while skiing difficult runs. It works to good. I'm serious, it made my runs look so simple and easy anyone could have skied them. A bit bulky but feels very rugged. Best as a chest mount.

The first Go Pro hand stabilizer that I got didn't work so well. It seemed to have problems with turning off and coming back on and not operating correctly. I returned the unit to Best Buy and ordered another one. This unit seems to work correctly and so far I am happy with the results. It is a good unit to get if you want smooth shots and with the Go Pro 5, you have most of the Karma drone ready to go. For 400.00 more bucks you could get the Karma drone, since the hand unit is part of the drone. The battery life seems good. The only part I don't like is you have to take apart the unit to get to the SD card. This is not hard to do, but I wonder if the unit is build well enough to keep removing it from the pins over and over without causing problems down the road.

The gimbal is effective and performs well. The single largest problem is it had limited runtime (1 hour) does not have a removable battery, and takes hours to charge.

I love this thing. I have had a couple of other gimbals and this one is the best. I use it with a Hero 4 silver and there is no motor noise on the footage.

I have a couple of different stabilizers for cameras and this one is really cool for the GoPro! You just install the camera, turn it on, adjust the vertical rotation using your Connect software on your phone or tablet, and run with it! It remains very stable. I have a GoPro4 and had to buy an adapter, but it wasn't hard to get.

this is a must have stabilizer if you want your videos to look amazingly smooth

This really does help with steady fluid video. I do have a little trouble keeping the target in view when moving. Not sure if that is just my being new to using it or if its some type of physical limitation.

The karma grip is amazing. It definitely is the real deal. I recently used it on a trip to Tahoe and used it while snowboarding. The videos came out great. No shaking whatsoever. The only thing that probably can use improvement is the battery life. Other than that, I'm excited to continue using this for other adventures.

I wasn't sure I needed this but I'm glad I got it! Took it on s ski trip and did a lot of videoing. The end result was very good and steady film.

The gimbal works well for a mid tier. It is designed to coexist with other gopro equipment quite nicely. The housing blocks the mic on the camera though and I wish it had an ability to track an object.

the stabilizer stabilizes amazingly. It's just that the audio sucks when its being used and theres no way for me to connect a external audio mic to it while on the stabilizer.

This is a must have for go pro. I have the Hero4 silver. I had to buy the adapter for that. Easy to install the adapter. After using the stabilizer it was very easy to point and shoot. No shakiness and long lasting battery as well. Did not have to change for a 3 hour trip still had charge. Awesome product..
