I own the GoPro 5Black and I've been waiting for months for this to come out. I am very disappointed. You can hear motor noise in your videos, the stabilization arm covers half of the screen so you can barely see what you are recording (see pic), and you can't tilt or pan at all. I don't understand why there isn't some sort of a joystick to control the direction of it, it just stays level. I literally bought it an hour ago and I am debating on returning it. So disappointing...

This is a handy stabilizer. Works really good. Just wish you didn't have to disassemble it overtime you want to download or transfer to computer.

The GoPro Karma Grip is perfect to smooth out videos taken with the GoPro camera -- I have the Hero4. My biggest complaint is the amount of time it takes to charge. My first charge was 12 hours!! But in terms of functionality, I really love it. The grip is comfortable, I can hold my arm up, and with the additional height of the grip, get shots that I couldn't before. It also fits comfortably in my chesty, so I don't have to hold it. If you have the GoPro camera and want a gimbal, I would definitely recommend the GoPro Karma Grip.

I purchased the karma grip for my Italy trip and I can say it was a great decision. I used it for sightseeing and for castle seeing. Great quality videos. Well worth the investment.

The stabilizer makes video super smooth. I like how it charges the GoPro battery,BUT... that's also it's downfall. There's no option to have it not charge the GOPro when it doesn't need to be charged. So it wastes so much juice keeping go pro charged that stabilizer is deemed useless after two hours of work. It doesn't make sense for me for it to charge my GoPro when I have 3 backup batteries. No way to change batteries on handle.

I'm am in know way close to being a professional cameraman but, with the limited knowledge I have; I was still able to shoot some pretty impressive video. So glad we have technology now that can give an enthusiast the tools to create!!!

Connected to my Hero5 this is amazing. It gives you the features of the remote control and stabilizing in one device. This weekend it's off to an airboat ride. This will be amazing.

Down load the new firm ware and then have fun . The case protects great and takes seconds to attach . Solid feel , get what you pay for.

The Karma Grip provides great stabilization. I recommend it to anybody who may be seeking greater image stability in their GoPro footage.

I watched all the reviews. I am aware of the flaws of this gimbal compared with the Evo. But in the end, I like to travel with my GoPro and the karma grip case is the best. This ultimately trumped the minor shortcomings.

I have used it a few times. Video is. Very stable. Side to side motion seems a lil limited. Battery life could be better. But it takes over am hour to recharge the handle. I'm using it with a hero 4 black and works fine. It also works with the remote and when you hit record it powers on and starts recording. When using it in the car it doesn't like turns all that well as you'll hear the motor cavitate sometimes. Used with a bunch of mounts like the suction cup and the clamp joint. No buyers remorse here.

I tried the Karma grip and returned it. If you compare it to the SkyLab and Evo, it doesn't even come close. It has no joystick control to move the camera on 3 axis's. It also only has one battery where it's competition has extra batteries to charge and carry with you. The only nice thing about it, in my opinion, is that it comes with a case.

My first impression of this product was the wao factor,this rocks,is amazing how stable it looks once you look at the video footage. Is totally worth the money.

This stabilizer changes the way I shoot video. Nothing compares to the professional quality this adds to your shots. I rarely use my gopro without it now! Don't question spending the money, just do it now!!!

I bought the GoPro 5 a month ago and I was waiting for this stabilizer for while, after I got it can say you will get another perspective using your GoPro with this gadget. It's simply amazing.
