Makes the GoPro more fun to use.

It's way easier to play back footage, navigate menus and options, and compose shots. I bought the LCD before a trip to Disney World and it was great! The built in speakers and headphone jack made it easier to watch and hear what we shot. It WILL reduce your battery life, so you have to have spares, or be conservative with how much you use it.

So Much Better

It was very laggy and I had to wait for it to catch up with me. It was alright overall, but now after using THIS newer version FOR the Hero 4, WOW! Huge difference in speed and clarity. Definitely a better version and well worth it.
