It worked quite well and the audio is amazing. Great stereo sound. I like how cleanly it integrates with the gopro.

The mic sounds awesome and doesnt distort when even filming a full loud band. Also love it gives two more spots to add on additional mods to use!

I recommend the gopro light accesory!

I connect my powerpack for our Neighborhood HOA meetings. This module allows me to connect external power to my GoPro Hero 8 without the hassle of opening the battery door. My only gripe is that the camera doesn't want to shutdown with the module attached. The media module also allows for easier handling. It gives the camera more girth to grab on to.

Not bad at all…

Microphone is good and the ability to mod is cool. Downsides are that it’s not waterproof and changing the battery is a pain in the butt. Definitely helpful to make the Hero 8 a more robust camera.
