cant go wrong with a back up battery for the Go Pro 3 when out on the slopes, water, boat, hunting, range don't want to limit the shots you take by the battery going dead, always be prepared the "Boy Scout Way" with back up at the cost of 11 bucks on sale should have got two for price of one!

Nothing fancy, just a second battery for the GoPro. Glad to find one in stock for the Hero 3+.

The GoPro can be very hungry when it comes to battery usage. It's a great idea to have this double-charger to not only get your main battery powered up but to also have a charged back-up for those moments when you don't want to miss a bunch of the action.

I have tried some of the other batteries similar to the GoPro one, and they do not seem to hold the charge as well an authentic GoPro battery made specifically for the camera. Buying a third party battery is hardly worth the few dollars you will save.

An extra battery is a must when using your GoPro. Works for my Hero3.

I picked this up so I could have a fresh battery when we are out filming. I don't always need it but it is nice to know it is there just in case. The problem if you see it as one. You need to insert the battery into your GoPro camera in order to charge it, then remove the freshly charged batter and and swap in your backup backup battery to charge it. I found a dual charge that will allow you to charge two batteries at the same time without inserting them into the GoPro camera. You can find these on Amazon and maybe Best Buy market place.

Wish it had more capacity to last longer, i ended up purchasing a battery back pack to extend recording time. Tip: IT does last longer and perform better than the aftermarket brand batteries. For the price you are better off buying the original GoPro battery pack.

I have been using this for a couple of weeks, battery charges and discharges the same as the battery that originally came with the go pro, I'm sure it will slowly deplete the same as the original did over time.

The battery life on my GoPro is pretty average. It's not short, by any means, but it does need recharging. This is a great buy for people who want to continue recording and taking photos when one battery dies.

I am still using the original battery in my two-year-old GoPro Hero 3, but wanted a second battery for quick swap and go action. The new battery fits the bill, and does exactly what I needed it to do.

Small and fast just what the doctor ordered. .. u know gopro battery life sucks but it doest have too. All you need is and extra battery and this charger. Fully charged in 30 minutes love it!
