I use this whether we are in the water or not. In the water, it is nearly weightless and I feel secure that I won't lose my camera. The handle fits fine in my pocket or wherever when out of the water. I never take the camera off of it.

The handle provides a great way to carry and record with the GoPro. Smooth video even while moving around. Much more comfortable than trying to just hold the GoPro by itself.

I do like this to hold when using underwater then the floating back that sticks to your camera. I wish they had an extension for it to get closer to fish but it works. It does float if you don't attach the string to your wrist.

If you have a GoPro this is a must have, even if you don't use it in the water. I used to have the shakey video syndrome but with this handle it eliminates a lot of that. I like using it in the water with my kids. The only reason I did not give it 4 stars is the padding takes a little while to dry after being in the water. On the plus side, it does make this nice and easy to grip onto.

This is a great everyday way to hold my GoPro. I have found that since the angle of the camera is so wide it can be difficult to not get your fingers in your shot. With this hand grip, its much easier to take photos and videos.

Bought 2 of these for my daughters and their GoPro's I always look for genuine GoPro accessories problem is they're usually a little bit on the pricey side I felt this was a good price on the day maybe a little cheaper on Amazon but I wanted it then and there. It's a good quality product built to last I believe so worth paying a bit more instead of the generic lookalike.

I love this hand grip! Especially since I am on the back of a bike half the time, i love that i can wear this on my wrist without worrying if i am going to loose my camera! love the adjustable strap for your wrist!

If you aren't buying anything else, you should buy this at a minimum to hold your GoPro. This tool is only useful in some situations, but if you aren't mounting or using other accessories this allows you to keep the GoPro stable in shooting. It also is nice as a base so that you don't just have the camera itself sitting around. A good deal and great quality.

I have already used this in orlando, and in Hawaii. Light-weight and easy to use, floats well and easy to adjust.

We all no the go pro is not really meant to be held in your hand. This grip makes it easy to hang on to the camera in many situations. You can also get some really great and obscure angles with the grip.

Convenient and practical for everyday needs, especially water related activities. Allows the camera to float even though it is upside down under water. Purchased a bright orange sleeve to avoid loss.

Very convenient, small enough for my hands but big enough to be comfortable for boyfriend also. Very comfortable! A monkey took a bite out of ours while in Honduras!! Haha

I debated on purchasing this name brand GoPro floating hand grip vs. an off brand. I am so thankful I went with the name brand. The quality is stunning. Very comfortable grip, sturdy design, and I never fear dropping or losing my GoPro in water! The orange top is perfect in that it is easily visible, as it sticks up out of the water about an inch. However virtually all of the hand grip is submerged by the weight of the GoPro.

Very nice accessory for your GoPro 4. I bought it to use it on a Disneyland trip since self sticks are banned at the park. I have not tried it on the water yet but I am sure it will work great.

This handle floater grip does what the name description tells you - it floats. I have not really utilize it fully since we always use the selfie stick. I think we will have this on most of the times now since selfie sticks are banned at a lot of places now - it isn't worth bringing the selfie then having to walk back to the car to store it.

Bought this for a trip to the bahamas so that I would feel safe with my gopro while scuba diving. Worked flawlessly and i even let go of it at one point to make sure it would float, and it did!

We used this on our vacation to Turks & Caicos. We used it everywhere we went. It's great that it floats, so we were able to use it in the water.

Used this grip on our trip to Hawaii. I attached an additional floating wrist strap but probably didn't need it. The bottom of the handle is orange so it's easy to see it bobbing in the water. It stayed in the ocean for 9 days and handled the salt water like a champ. No rust (it's mostly plastic) or corrosion of any kind. Some of the knock-offs seem to rust so this seems like the best deal for a floating gopro handle.

After buying my Hero, I needed something that I could hold on to that would attach to it. I thought about getting an off-brand gripper, but I went with this and so far I am satisfied. It's easy to hold, adjusts smoothly at the hinge, and even comes with a tool to help tighten the lock. I feel like the orange at the bottom could be a brighter shade, but it's not too much of a problem since most of my filming isn't water/action intensive.

We took this with us on vacation and it came in so handy! The extra reach helped capture areas we wouldn't have normally been able to experience ... And it was lots of fun in the pool too!
