It took some getting used to but the wrist band is easy to use. Hard to keep steady at first but finally got the hang of it.

This is a great way to have hands free and still be able to film and take pictures when your on the move.

Bought this specifically for water adventures(snorkeling in the Dominican Republic) and it worked awesome!!!

This is helpful for filming certain activities that you need to focus and need both hands for.

I bought this with the hopes that it would be a nice way to go with a hands free but close to a hand held pov. Not really the case as when it is on your wrist it shoots either to the left or right of your body depending on which way you have it facing. Recommend but only if you know that it will work for what you are planning on using it for.

When I first opened it I was disappointed because I thought it would be stuck taking pictures of the sky. I thought, I didn't want that, but I kept it because I needed something to carry my GoPro on my hikes and kayaks. I read through the manual and found out you can adjust it to sit upright. Very stable so it sticks on to your wrist without falling off (I had to exchange a previous one because the velcro would come undone when I moved.

Put it on my wrist and hung my arm out of the car window. I got some great video coming down a mountain!

We used this practically all of the time on vacation. Lightweight easy grip all in all a great buy

I bought this wrist housing for my trip to Costa Rica and it was worth every penny. I attached the housing to my wrist while going on a hike up a volcano through the rain forrest and it was pouring rain. The housing made it easy for me to just stop and snap pictures without having to pull my camera out of my pocket or bag each time. Also, it is great for taking videos while going in the ocean. It fits well and is very durable.

this wrist strap is good for video use - it is secure. however, if you're using a gopro to just take pictures it's not the best option. it requires two hands to take the photos, which depending on what you're doing you might need a hand for something else. (but it's great for video taking which is gopros normal use)

I primarily got this accessory to use on the water and snow. It fits great, but a bit awkward when trying to film from the wrist. Maybe I just haven't figured out the best technique yet. Unit is well built and seems to hold up nicely in the water.
