Had to get new unit from manufacturer after first one leaked oil after air frying chicken wings. I received the replacement unit. I have been using it since and I am VERY unhappy with the unit. 1. As an air fryer, it is terrible. Things do not come out very crisp at all. It is like the air barely circulates. I have another Gourmia air fryer, GAF575, that is MUCH better than this unit as an air fryer. Much better results. 2. As a toaster oven, toaster function, it is terrible. I put it one setting 2 and the toast is not brown. I put it on setting 3 and the toast comes out burned. Using middle rack. 3. As a toast oven, bake function, it is terrible. I have tried to make two pizzas. Following the directions for the pizza, I set it on 400 F for 15 minutes, The tops on both pizzas came out burned on one side and not crispy on the other side. This is not something new to me. I have a toaster oven I had been using to make pizza with no problems. I bought this unit to have an all in one instead of a toaster oven and an air fryer. I have a small apartment. BUT, I am very unhappy with this unit. As a result of me having to get a replacement, due to the time limitation, Best Buy will not allow me to return it and I have to work with Gourmia..

Always wanted a toaster over. Always wanted an air fryer. With all the craze as of yet, I wanted an air fryer even more. When this came up, I couldn’t resist. Y’all, this is a must have! It is so easy to use, and everything comes out great. The recipe book is awesome too!

Bought this to replace an older oven. It's a little smaller, but works great.

Great all in one small cooking appliance; counter top space saver!

Just got mine and used it right away. Be sure to clean the oven before using. Made a slice of toast and it came out nice; just the way I like my toast. Also, got the warranty.

This is a good toaster oven. Very easy to use and clean up.

I have used this for chicken and beef. Both cooked great on the airfryer setting. Hot wings on the wings setting. The only thing is, it may over cook slightly for wings on the wings setting.

I bought this oven for my son, who used it for nearly a year without issue. Though it is a little confusing to operate, he used it fairly regularly without any problems until it acted up a couple of weeks ago and displayed an unyielding error code every time we tried to use it. After contacting the company, I received a response in less than a day and, when the customer service rep determined that the problem could not be corrected, had a brand new one shipped to me, which I received about week later. That is my idea of a company that deserves my business!

Works well What can I say its a toaster oven with air frying ability so it cooks a little faster than a average toaster oven.

We’ve used it as an air fryer for French fries and as a toaster oven for cooking frozen snacks or bagels. Works great!

It’s not bad but it’s not really great either, it’s more of a toaster oven than an air fryer. Things don’t seem to get as crispy as when I use just my air fryer.

Almost unit, it’s a must grab!!!! Please don’t listen to other buyers.

So far so good.....my kids LOVE using this for their pizza rolls....and the chicken I air fry, is delish!

This is a perfect size for the counter top. We use it all the time to toast and reheat.

Overall machine is good but lacks auto shutoff of the fan which stays on until you completely turn the machine.

Amazed how great it works! Cooks a variety of different foods very well.

Really happy with my purchase. Does everything I expected plus more!
