I wish there who could choose more cup sizes, ex. 10oz,12oz, etc.

You get what you pay for. Not very good quality but it did its job for a while

Never thought it to be so easy. My grandma even loved her coffee I made.

It's my daily coffee and tea maker now for more than 2 months and I would say that I like it. Easy to use and easy to clean.

Needed an inexpensive K-Cup Pod Coffee Maker for a few months while on vacation. This worked for our purpose, but leaked water every time it was used. We never used the built-in frother.

Best Buy had an awesome deal on this so I jumped on it. Unfortunately after one use it wouldn’t power on anymore but the lights just blinked. Took it back unfortunately. Didn’t trust getting a replacement

Would not make a cup bigger than 6 oz unless you keep pushing the brew button. Then it would never empty the reservoir

Purchased for use in RV, so haven’t used it frequently. In hindsight, should have returned it after first use as it has never made a full cup, no matter how much water is initially put in the well. It never completely empties, so always have to add more water to get a full cup. Then after each use, the well has to be emptied by inverting into sink before returning to cupboard for storage. Bottom tray doesn’t fit well (doesn’t lock in, so slides out/falls off when unit moved).

Started leaking internally after only 30 days. Best Buy return period is unacceptable.

Doesn't work with all the k cup pods or other brand

I was very disappointed with this product. The coffee and latte brewed in this coffee maker would come out warm almost cold at times. I had to return the product. My opinion... Don’t buy it.

over heat,spills over,plug for special coffee falls out.

It malfunctioned from the beginning. As soon as we put the pod in and started it water began to pour from beneath the machine.

Frother only warms the milk but no foam no froth unfortunately
