The lights and the app work wonderfully, but the problem comes from reliability. When running anything connected to this thing, it cant handle the input and drops connection, which causes audio to drop out. Only have my nvidia shield hooked up and even that has issues. This thing is a hunk of junk. My ps5 i no longer have connected and now cant use the features of a 250 dollar light strip. Shouldve bought a 40 dollar one.

Love the box and the light strip. It really takes watching movies to a new level. It's okay for watching TV, but it seems to bog down a little when there are a lot of quick scene changes in TV shows. Still a 5/5, I will be buying one for future TVs.

Does what it supposed to do. Unfortunately you have use it with a 3rd party equipment. I wanted it work straight to my tv. But it dont. I returned it. Great product.

I have it installed in a 75” samsung tv and it works perfectly! I didn’t payed attention to the dimensions and length but it still works and its a good quality product 10/10

Set was fairly easy. Love the customization you can do with the lighting. The app could use some simplifying.

If you connect this to a ps5 or console, Don't count on it working. In the middle of matches, this device causes my TV to randomly turn off about every 3-4 minutes or so. I contacted Govee support about it and they offered a suggestion. I followed that suggestion, and it still happened. I then contacted their support again and was told to contact best buy for support. So now I'm out $260 for something that doesn't even work and now is outside the return window! Save yourself the money and do not buy this setup!

I’m extremely disappointed with how this product is listed on Best Buy’s website. I ordered this Govee AI Sync Box, but the specifications shown clearly belong to their newer Ai Sync Box 2. That’s a major difference in features and performance. This isn’t Govee’s fault — the issue is entirely on Best Buy for posting inaccurate product details. Now I’m stuck with a lower-tier older product that doesn’t match what was advertised. Please fix the listing so others don’t fall into the same trap.

Light strips do not stick to the TV despite following the instructions.

Best Buy, you are claiming (as well as a Govee Representative in the questions) that this is the Sync Box 2 and yet reviewers calimed they received the old version. Your product title conflicts with listed specs. Don't feel comfortable ordering this product with inaccurate product info. Will have to buy from Amazon or Govee direct. Fix your listing.
