Does this work with apps already on tv's or just the gaming system?
Answered by Govee OfficialThank you for your inquiry. The AI Box works with external input sources only — such as a cable/satellite box, Xbox/PS5, DVD player, or PC. It captures colors from the video signal passing through it. It does not work with apps installed directly on your TV (like Netflix, YouTube, or Prime Video on the TV's smart system), because those signals never go through the AI Box. If you want to sync those apps, you would need to use an external streaming device (like a Fire Stick, Apple TV, or Chromecast) plugged into the AI Box. Let me know if you have any other questions!
