I’m no stranger to Govee products in the slightest. It’s a phenomenal brand at a budget range, at least in comparison to the names everyone already knows that are usually referred to as the premium labels of the space. From the Dreamview light bars, the RGBIC led strips, and the Dreamview TV LEDs with external camera. They offer a wide range of color depths. The customer service is even top notch! I’ve had the unfortunate experience of having a component fail, but customer service was very reasonable and accommodating. Moving on to the panels however, these have offered the same level of color depth as everything I’ve had before. To add to everything, these panels came with some minor extras such as the optional power cables that included the controller and mic or a single, roughly 5’, cable w/out the controller; in case you only plan to control it from your phone. They also include a small tiny level and an extra connecting wire; a very thin almost cardboard feeling wire that can possibly be easily torn if not careful. Several things I don’t believe need to come with the package but get bundled in the box with everything else. Just like most if not all of their other light products, these come with a plethora of presets. But I feel I should clarify, depending on the product you’ll have a range of options depending on your devices capability. My only complaint with Govee in general, although I should probably blame this on the app and not so much the products. There isn’t a method to set a schedule to turn on/off your lights at sunrise/sunset. You can specify an exact time you wish but sunrise doesn’t stick to 6am throughout the entire year in California.

Compared to other companies in this category, these lights definitely stand their ground while being at a competitive price. Tho not as big, the system these lights operate upon is easy to install and add on if you decide to buy more lights. You can control everything within an app on your phone, no need for a station, or an extra piece of hardware connected to your router. The app even gives pretty good freedom to create your own effects and color combinations. Overall, if you want these kind of lights, but the other brands don't fit your budget, these lights are definitely worth it.

Was a little skeptical of getting these lights compared to nano leafs, but as a matter or fact im glad i did! These lights are completly full in color compared to nanoleafs, (nanoleaf has darker/ faded spots where the lights do not hit) but these are awesome! Love the presets they come with in the app as well!

We bought these for my son and he loves them. It seems confusing at first but overall easy set up and can control via an app. We can’t wait to add more.

Nice aesthetic for any room. Perfect for a cool zoom background. They get very bright and the app makes playing with the effects fun.

I love these hexagon light panels. Easy to setup apple is easy to navigate and setup I’ve synced mine with the Govee tv lights. You’ll really enjoy the difference these lights makes in your immersive watching experience. This is one of the best alternatives to starting a led light setup without needing a specific hub.

Very fun/exciting way to brighten the gaming room. All my kid's have Govee products in their rooms and they absolutely love them. Would recommend 100 times over.

The only thing that I don’t like is that the app looks like it’s a kids app with really small fonts. Other than that the quality of the product is phenomenal. It is super easy to set up and the lighting looks quality. Especially for the price, only 129

These are awesome. Glad I got them on sale. Definitely a cool concept but also definitely carries a high price tag which limits how many I'll be purchasing.

These lights are adorable! I got it for my teenage son and he loves it. Theres many different patterns in where the lights can change colors which is absolutely adoring

bought these for the kids, i you can change the light colors and it looks nice in his room. The only negatove is the generic off brands are getting just as good for half the pricd. I got the name brand because i stay in the eco system it is just harder to keep me here as an led strip is super cheap and thst is what goes jn them.
