A: So while you can manually create a very similar experience through schedules and automations, there is not currently a built in automatic circadian rhythm mode for Skylight itself. Skylight does not currently support Nanoleaf’s dedicated “Circadian Lighting” feature that is available on certain Essentials Bulbs and Lightstrips. While there is not currently a dedicated one tap “circadian rhythm” mode built directly into the app, you can create custom schedules that achieve a very similar effect automatically throughout the day.
A: Great question! With the Nanoleaf Skylight 3-pack, the panels do need to be physically connected to each other, as they share power and communication through the connectors. So unfortunately, you wouldn’t be able to space them 2–3 feet apart. However, we totally get the desire for a more spread-out layout — we’ll definitely pass that feedback along to the team! A: hello and thank you for being keen with the Nanoleaf Skylight. These panels are Modular flush-mounted smart ceiling light panels that take your lighting to new heights. However, they are not motion sensor, but instead have a Music Sensor. They have the Music Sync feature that will allow your lights to dance on certain music. You can also Set Schedules to energize weekday wake-ups and enjoy self-dimming wind-downs completely hands free with Schedules that simplify your routines. You can also automate your lights to turn on/off or control them remotely even when you're away from home to deter potential intruders.
