San Andreas still my favorite followed closely by Vice city but this is mostly nostalgia If I were newer to the series this one would easily be at the top been playing since the original on playstation. Game play is fun and smooth, missions are well done and entertaining story lines are good and the ability to switch between characters on the fly is a good addition. Maybe i'm just older now and my imagination is deteriorated but it seems like there is less to do outside of the missions and the side things you can do really just aren't that interesting or involving Graphics look great on my computer and are very smooth however I spent a lot of money to build a brand new computer recently my step son has a cheaper gaming computer and it doesn't look as good but still plays smooth and if I didn't have this computer I would still gladly play it on a cheaper one.

The best in the Grand Theft Auto series without the performance issues of GTA IV. Graphics looks better than any of the other console units. I bought the box copy as a pre-order, since I knew it would require a 60 gig download and I wanted to play on release day. Plays fine using an old Core 2 Quad 9550 with 8 gigs of RAM, and an AMD R9-270x at 1920 x 1200 resolution. The box contains 7 DVD discs, so it takes a will take a while to install. In addition, you need to download an additional 5 gigs of patches before you can play.

Everything you could ever want in a PC port of a game. It is very apparent that Rockstar put a lot of attention to detail when building GTAV PC port. This game takes into account the PC culture and community. It is about time a studio didn't just make another lazy port. GTAV gracefully alt-tabs in and out of the game. Gorgeous graphics are capable of being pushed to triple-monitor setups and 4k monitors with a majority of the latest graphics cards. Mine is a 660ti running triple-monitor setup. I haven't experienced any issues with installs, PC specific glitches, or server problems. I was able to do GTAV online day one without getting kicked from the server! With other games of late it is almost expected to have day one issues. The new editor also adds a whole other artistic media outlet for the gaming community. I can definitely see shows reminiscent of Red vs. Blue and other great machinima start ups coming in the near future. Thanks Rockstar for putting out such a quality product that really catered to the PC audience. Oh and did I mention the graphics are AMAZING!

I love this game in every way. The gameplay is amazing. The driving mechanics has been improved greatly from previous entries in the series. The shooting mechanics is one of the best out there. They've used the same engine they did with the last Max Payne which I loved. The story is also good, although I would've loved it even more if it was longer. I still have't started playing online yet, the offline part of the game is perfect so far. Everyone should get this game.

GTA V on PC puts all other games to shame graphically, absolutely stunning graphics. I run a GTX 980 and i can run this game at just a hair under Max ranging from 45-60 FPS. Not a steamworks game so don't expect a steam code. This comes on 7 disks to install the game, and does. It integrate with Steam. Launcher is R* Social Club. I couldn't even add it as a "non-steam game" and get it to launch correctly. But that is no biggie to me, Love the game 11/10

Having to wait for 2 years for what is arguably THE DEFINITIVE EDITION of the best selling series of all time was worth the wait. You want first person mode? Single player mods? An epic story told from not one,but three different characters? You want a pet dog named chop? Yes you do. To all those questions! Add in GTA online multiplayer and you have a game you will spend hundreds of hours in.

Just when I thought this franchise couldn't get no better Rockstar does it again. This game has amazing story, innovative gameplay and jaw dropping graphics. I didn't even mention how large and detailed the world is. This game will get you hooked 1st time you play. Game is definitely is a must buy you will have hours upon hours of exciting gameplay.

Game runs smoothly on my rather mid-ranged pc, much better quality than the GTA IV port, and a bunch of the little touches in the world from the last gen to next gen releases are really neat, honestly makes it feel like a completely different game.

Played GTA V on 360 and enjoyed it quite a bit but didn't finish all of it. When it FINALLY came to PC I knew i had to play it again. Everything I remember is there and since I have a pretty solid gaming rig it all looks INCREDIBLE at highest detail. So good that many times I would load up just to drive, fly or walk around and look at stuff. And it now makes me want to do EVERYTHING!!! If you haven't played GTA before, this one is amazing. The mix and match story is solid, the variety of the world is astounding and the sheer amount of what is packed into the world of San Andreas this time around is simply impossible to describe without playing it. So glad the game came to the PC and got an amazing graphical upgrade. It takes the immersion to a higher level. If you have higher than the recommended settings I HIGHLY recommend GTA V on PC. If you are at, around or under the recommended settings... it is still an amazing game, but it just isn't the same. I liked it on 360...i LOVE it on PC.

This game is lots of fun both online and offline. The gameplay is smooth and there are lots of graphic options to fine tune the game to fit your system specs. Can easily run at 60fps on a Radeon 7950 with a few adjustments.

GTA 5 is awesome. The story is great, the characters are memorable, and the missions are engaging. I loved the layout of the City, and I would definitely recommend this game to a friend. The game is much funner with a controller, so use one if you have one for your PC!

GTA V for PC has excellent graphics and runs smoothly on what I consider to be a middle-of-the-road gaming PC. My system is has an Intel Core i5-4460 with a AMD Radeon R9 270x GPU.

Graphics wise on a PC is way better than any console, overall extremely satisfied, on the downside, 7 dvds, 5hrs to install, and another 1hr downloading patches. But the game and visuals after you install is where its at!

Once I upgraded my graphics card, this game rocks! The scenery is awesome, the cars are super cool, and the story line is great. Even though I have not spent much time in GTA Online, it looks extremely promising!

Finally the reason I built my gaming PC! Definitely the most entertaining game I've ever played. Chop the dog is my boy. RunS smooth on very high settings in 4k with an i7 4790k, GTX 980 and 16 gb RAM, no mods.

This version of GTA V is the best. The graphics are great. The game launches pretty quickly. I haven't had any crashes or lockups. The boy draw back was the 7 disc install that took about 2 hrs.

This is such a fantastic game for the PC. Requires a decent PC to enjoy thoroughly. The graphics are incredible, the gameplay is superb, and the story is extremely engaging. Recommended!

I played GTA 5 on Xbox 360 in 2013. But I've been waiting for the PC version knowing it will be the definitive one. I was not disappointed. The first person mode and video editor are nice additions. But the graphical enhancements are the real star of the show here. The world feels more dense and alive than it was in console. The plethora of activities you can do is mind boggling. If you're looking for an involved activity that requires a lot of planning and execution time, it's there. If you're looking for a quick 10-15 minutes session, that's there as well, and it's all fun and hilarious. Can't recommend this game high enough. GET IT!!

This looks extraordinary on the PC with a decent videocard, but does take up 60+ GBs. The definitive version of the game for sure.
