When we saw the previews for this movie we weren't that interested in seeing it. But after all the acclaim and hype, we finally broke down and watched it. I was disappointed. The acting and filming were good, but the story was very far fetched and unrealistic. Even the character development was a little weak. They did a good job at creating tension and suspense throughout the movie, but the weakness in the other areas made this an "OK" movie for me at best.

I checked it out. No problem with this film. It is a great film. I seen it all including the special features that came with the blu ray disc.

I enjoyed this movie. The special effects were amazing and left you wanting more. The story was good, no oscar worthy performances here but not bad.

The imagery of this movie is fantastic, and as always, I loved Sandra Bullock's portrayal. The story was so-so, constantly one calamity after another.

The movie was great. We have the 65" 3D TV with a Bose surround sound, which only enhanced the movie. Action packed, suspenseful and great acting.

Good movie overall and kept us on the edge of our seats at times. My kids thought some parts were a little boring, but then the action came back.

Bought this movie and was very excited to watch it. I also love space movies and shows. The visuals and sound effects were amazing. LOVE IT!

The overall capture of being in outer space and the problem that could occur, what would one do to correct problems that may be life threatening.

Movie was written and directed very well.. Sandra bullock did an awesome job and George clooney as well, eventhough he wasn't in there that long.

This film had some amazing special effects that were fast, clear, and seamless in editing. However, the plot was somewhat more surreal than factual.

The movie kept me on the edge of my seat throughout most of it. There were some cliche moments, but overall a must see if you have a decent TV setup!

This is highly recommendable movie, although most of it takes place as a type of soliloquy, it's an unforgettable movie. Highly recommended!

The movie is above average, a lot of suspense in it. The special effects were outstanding. But a course the guy dies for the girl again.

I thought it was a pretty good movie that shows off Hollywood Magic. The scenes are so life-like that it's almost as if it was made up in space!
