If you loved the first game, then you'll appreciate this game even more as it feels adds more. The environments look fuller and the city feels more alive in this sequel than the original. The gameplay is still roughly the same with additions of changing clothing that adds different styles such as making you heavier. For people that are looking for an action game like no other this is that game. The story is great and the characters are interesting and best of all, the gamplay is fun. I hope this was helpful and that you'll enjoy the ga,e.

I'll admit that this isn't a game that I would normally buy based off the cover alone. My friends would not stop talking about how good it was and after seeing gushing reviews online I decided to finally relent.
I'm honestly engrossed by the story, which would be enough alone without the incredibly lush and vibrant graphics, interesting characters, and fluid game play. I'm only several hours in, but I can already tell I made the right choice in giving this game a shot.

A direct sequel to the first one on VITA or the HD Remastered ver. on PS4, this game visually is gorgeous. At times you find yourself tilting your head in real life just to keep up with the gravity physics which just shows how well this game can and will pull you in. Costumes are great looking but sadly most of the good ones are locked to you unless you pre-ordered it, played or have the first game installed and some you won't even get unless your region is Japan (Lame). My only real gripe with this game is the constant "search this giant area for one tiny person" type missions. It was challenging at first but later on it gets repetitive and honestly annoying. Overall though a great PS4 exclusive to add to your collection.

Huge open world. Nice gravity/flying mechanic. I enjoyed the lengthy story and there's tons of side quests and challenge quests.

This game is awesome. Being able to shift gravity means you can fall in any direction. It may look like Kat is flying, but she is actually falling. Fall horizontally or fall upwards to complete mission objectives in huge floating cities and other strange environments. This game is the creation of the man behind the first Silent Hill and also Siren, but it isn't a horror game, unless you have a fear of flying, falling, or heights. The music is fantaaaastic.

I didn't know much about the original Gravity Rush that made waves on the Playstation Vita, but I came aboard when Gravity Rush was Remastered for PS4. Now that the sequel has been released, it's well worth a spin as it improves on its mechanics in many areas. There will be some slight frustration with the camera at times but this is well worth your time if you would to play a first party Sony release a bit different from primary genres FPS, Sports etc..

A hidden gem for the PS4, a must play. Has unique but still impressive graphical style and unique play style to boot. If you want to try something different, this is the game for you

An overlooked gem. It’s a fantastic game even with the online servers now closed (does not affect the single player campaign). Incredible music and art style, and unique gameplay. Definitely a cult classic. It’s kind of like Mario Galaxy meets Bioshock Infinite. Watch the Digital Foundry take on this game if you’re curious and play the demo on PSN - if either interest you at all, you won’t be disappointed.

I played the 1st Gravity Rush on a PS Vita way back and eventually on PS4 as a remaster and really loved it for what it was. Most Japanese games are over my head, and though no matter how hard I try I feel like there's a conversation taking place around me though I haven't the foggiest what the subject matter is....so far, so good though....I do enjoy how different it is compared to its successor, the fun is there, the story is a lot more fleshed out and understandable...but still, very Japanese...it might be up ur alley, and yeah, it may not.

Gravity Rush 2 is an open world game in the silly named Jirga Para Lhao. The main character is an anime heroine (part detective/photojournalist) with a touch of superhero when it comes to gravity. The game starts of slow, but stick with it and you'll be rewarded with some interesting game play. Act one and three really shine, but Act two felt like an unpolished stone that needed a little more to bring it up to snuff. I'd recommend this game to others that liked open world games like GTA and funky games like Portal 2.

I don't know why the game isn't selling well, but the game is better than some of the Triple A games. It's a pretty good game with addicting gameplay , good story and artistic flair. The only complaints I have about this game are the controls , camera angle and sometimes mundane missions. 8/10 for sure.

Weird And Wonderful Open World Adventure

It's hard to describe Gravity Rush 2. It's inspired but anime, but isn't very anime-inspired. It's open world, but there's a focus on story and change that most open world games avoid. You have powers to fly, but its really more like falling through the sky. This game requires patience to fully enjoy, but if you're willing to trudge through a few silly (sometimes boring) missions, then you'll find a lot to love about a truly charming, unique, and surprising adventure.

Gravity Rush 2 is a good sequel although it is missing some the charm that made the first game so endearing. I'm not sure exactly what but I think I'm less invested in the story. Anyway, if you are familiar with the first game, this one is pretty much the same deal. You control gravity, fight monsters, have rather silly conversations, and explore an interesting world. It's very different from most games out there so I would definitely recommend if it seems like this is up your ally.

An awesome action game with some really neat gravity manipulation and other tricks that make this for a unique game. The comic strip art style is very enjoyable, so many screenshots to take while playing, everything looks beautiful. Game is about 40 hours long with plenty more side content, which is considerably longer than the first game. Would for sure recommend this game at the price point its currently at.

Strong Japanese flavor to the story and style of this game. I find that enjoyable - and the game play itself is far out. You intuitively set a point of gravity and your character falls through the sky, into that direction. Makes for interesting travel and combat. Definitely a must see.
