I think this unit is best for home use only… it’s not made with sturdy metals and hard plastics and I don’t feel it would stand up to continued repeated use like the commercial ones you can buy for about $500+ so if you are looking for one for your PTA or church or any other group that will use it all the time, you may want to hold off and get one from Gold Medal or some commercial unit. It took me about 45 minutes to put it all together. It does come with two cheap wrenches to tighten the bolts but you may want to just throw those away and use your own tools as their tools bend and strip with the first use. The rubber wheels had that fresh new tire smell that really stunk up the room so I had to put the cart in the garage for a couple days for that smell to wear off. The cart has great storage but the door wouldn’t stay closed whenever I moved it around so I had to replace the magnet with one stronger (no biggie and real easy to do). The kettle lids have a tendency in staying open once the popcorn begins to come out and if it does that, then all the seeds go flying everywhere and only half your batch of popcorn gets popped. I had to put some weights on the lids to make them a little heavier to fix this problem. Overall, this is a nice design for the home and with lots of space in the cart, we enjoy it
