I bought this phone at the urging of my son and daughter in law. Having spent my entire working life carrying a beeper, I gladly dispensed with all pagers, beepers, and cell phones when I retired. This one is good for emergencies and those times when having instant access to a phone is helpful without feeling too tied down.

Great sound, and perfect price range. Would highly recommend this.

Good phone has a lot of features. The only thing is that it should have bigger screen. Also should have some added accessibility features.

Purchased the Jitterbug for my elderly father-in-law due to its combination of the built in emergency notification feature coupled with the phone. Have not heard any negative comments about the phone.

Needed a phone for my mother that is easy to use and understand. This is a Samsung which offers a regular android experience or a simplified Home screen option. It's stylish and well made. Easy to hear the other caller and has paid options that you can add to your bill like nurse on call. Overall very happy with my purchase.

Product probably OK but would not active at my house. Evidently Great Calls does not allow Best Buy to active these cell phones. Only purchase if you can get Great Calls to guarantee activation before purchasing.

I like the phone I purchased at Best Buy. It works great for me.

I bought this phone for my uncle to replace an antique flip phone, mostly because you could barely hear the old phone when it rang. The new phone is peppy and looks great, regardless if you are in the Star*5 Menu or running Android menus. The only down-side is the dialog to answer the phone when it rings--the press and swipe method is tough to learn if you are not accustomed to it, also the phone has no work-around for this shortcoming, unless you are in another dialog--then there is an 'accept' button to press.

This was for a 92 year old active senior It is the simplest available but still more complex than needed

I do not like cell phones but the family wanted me to get one to have when I am out and about. It was a great choice. The company is helpful when you call if you have problems. The phone is pretty straight foreword.

Many features that are great but some that could be improved on.

This is the first time I have felt comfortable in using a cell phone. The directions provided and the support on-line in enabling the cell phone were very good. Best Buy's ability to allow us to make this purchase was very helpful, i.e., securing the product from another local Best Buy store. Thank you!
