    Wasn't for sure what to expect watching this movie the first time, and honestly wasn't aware of the story. This movie is based on the real life friendship between two men who came together in a peculiar way and observed society together during racial divides across the south. I really love this film and believe if Tony and Don were still alive they would have been tickled over how well this came across.

    This story has so many quality points throughout the entire story. It is so well written that it keeps you thinking long after the movie is over about moral decisions, different viewpoints from different races, and about how choices can lead to regret or to respect. You don't see things coming which keeps things moving along and causes you to maintain attention to the details more. Great movie!
