Posted .Hello Sergio. Thank you for reaching out to us. Flashing red could be an issue with the charger. If you have left the charger plugged in to the outlet you may need to reset the charger. Simply disconnect, leave for 1 minute and plug it in again, this step may need to be done 1-2 times before reset occurs. If issues persist, we urge you to start a Live chat on Greenworks Tools website or contact us at 1-888-909-6757. All we ask that you have access to the battery and charger so that we can complete troubleshooting with you and gather necessary unit information.
