Lighter, more maneuverable, pop the charged battery in and you're cool for a while. Have a 45 minute lawn and crush it on 1 battery, but bought another for back up ;)

Trying to find a 2nd battery to purchase. The supplied battery lasts 45 minutes, but our lawn takes 75 minutes to mow. (Battery recharges in an hour, but I'd like to complete it with no stops.) Googled the battery model #, no responsive hits. Input model # on Greenwerks website, no responsive hits. Called customer service today to find out how I can purchase one. Left a callback number to avoid waiting on hold (which was supposed to save my place in line), and received no call after 3 1/2 hours. Decided to wait on hold for someone to answer. Listened to a recorded voice repeating the same message for 2 HOURS AND 5 MINUTES before hanging up. There's no excuse for that waiting time, or for the battery model not to pop up instantly on your website. DO BETTER! The mower itself was easy to put together and works fine, but I've lost a lot of confidence in your product today due to the customer service experience.

Battery Life is waning

It takes up a small footprint when storing it. My only issue is the batter life has been getting progressively worse. I have an 8000 square foot lot. On the first two cuts the battery made it through the whole yard, by the third cut I had to stop to charge the battery. I bought this mower on 7/29, by 9/7 I could only cut the front and back without re-charging the battery. At this point I'm disappointed and wouldn't recommend buying this lawn mower.

My main concern with getting an electric mower was that the battery wouldn’t last. Well concerned no more. Battery is long lasting, especially for my medium size yard. The mower cuts grass smoothly and is every bit as good if not better than gas mowers I’ve had in the past.

This mower has a lot of power to mow taller and thicker grass. Very happy with this purchase.

The self propulsion has great speed behind it and I could likely mow my lawn twice over before the battery in it dies. All in all, a great bang for the buck.

It’s worth the price we had a traditional lawn mower. My husband didn’t like using it, it took longer to cut the grass. This electric lawn mower cuts the time in half for him! The lawn mower is very light too push as well.

The motor is powerful enough to cut knee tall grasses. Recommend buying multiple battery if you have larger yard.

Bagger works great. Can get through our 5000 sq ft lawn with two batteries. Wish you could adjust each wheel for cutting height instead. Very impressed.

I love how quite it is. The speed control on this is great. Would highly recommend this mower. I did have to buy a spare battery since I have a bigger yard but worth it
