I do not like writing negative reviews because one is more motivated to write a negative review than a positive one. But my experience has been such a nightmare, I want to warn others of the possibilities. I purchased the Greenworks CRT428 tractor from Best Buy on March 16th and it was delivered on March 27th. The hardest part was uncrating, but I only had to install the seat and steering wheel which went well. I had no problem with using it the first 3 or 4 times and it had sufficient power and handled slight inclines very well. My only disappointment was it did not easily mow in reverse but was able to work around that issue. I believe it was on April 11th when I was mowing the lawn and parked the mower to go inside for lunch; that when I returned to continue mowing, it started but would not move forward or in reverse. The next day, I called Greenworks Support and waited over an hour on the phone, a representative going through several steps including disconnecting and reconnecting the batteries helped me get it to move again. However, when I came back later, it would not move again. This led to another call to Greenworks Support the next day and this time the representative was not able to help me. She suggested I submit a video on how I was proceeding. After reviewing the video, the support team recommended that I have it serviced. I was told that the repair service would not include transporting the unit so I would be responsible for the transport cost. A few days later, I was given the name of a repair shop, and I contacted it. I was told that they had a backlog and I would have get on a waiting list, but it will take three to four months to get back to me. So in essence, I purchased a new lawn tractor that I will not be able to use for almost the entire grass cutting season. Really, the customer of a recent purchase must bear the burden for this?

I am actually enjoying mowing my yard now. It was a hassle with a push mower, not anymore. This thing is powerful, fast and fun.
My yard is not flat though, I feel like a cowboy riding a bull sometimes, and I'd like it to have more space between the steering wheel and the seat, it's pretty tight. I tried to download the app, but no luck login in, the browser says it's not safe. Not important to me that much. Overall recommended.

New But Dead

Well it looks like I purchased a $4,000 lawn ornament. A lemon! My CrossoverT CRT428 died halfway though moving my lawn a 4th time with the mower. From the first startup I have been getting a V15 error and the mower would not move or start the blades. But I was able to clear the error by tapping on the brake pedal and get the mower going. The last time I mowed in about half way through the mower shut down with a right motor overheating error message. I keyed off, waited a minute and then key on and continue mowing. This time the same thing happened (the mower shut down with a overheating error). But this time I could not get it to restart. I tried everything but the display was still flashing the V15 error and the mower would not move. I called Greenworks while sitting on the tractor and waited about 20 minutes until I received a call back. The women took my information and said she would pass the issue onto the proper techs and I would hear back in maybe 24 hours. Meanwhile I have a dead mower that I had to push into my back yard to try to push up the ramp into my shed. After I got the mower lined up I figured I'd give it one last try. Keyed it on and still had the V15 error flashing. However I push up and down on the blade switch and the darn thing started! At least I was able to drive it up the ramp into the shed. I had already finished the front lawn with my gas powered push mower thinking if I have a heart attack I'll tell my wife to sue Greenworks.
One other issue (at least that I know of) is that even though the mower is connected to the app, it is not storing or showing the mow time and distance. It did my first two mows and the last and this one the date in the app is blank.
