The performance of the leaf blower is amazing, i get a lot of work done and a ton of coverage based on the CFM rating. The battery is powerful and can run the intense performance of the leaf blower and up until the battery dies you get the same powerful performance, the performance/output does not weaken even if the battery is nearing empty. The setup of the machine out of the box was perfectly simple to assemble. The batteries are huge and does make the leaf blower a bit heavy and fatigue does begin to set in but by the time you are beat the battery is ready to be replaced so you get a bit of a break at that point. The battery was fully charged and i was able to run it straight for 45 min and finish my front yard and curbside. The lock button is a great overlooked feature. The fatigue of carrying a moderately heavy blower would have been compounded with trigger finger fatigue. The lockdown button allows for constant "ON" state and allow for easy side to side leaf blowing with minor hand fatigue. The battery may only last an hour but it comes with 2 batteries and they each charge in under an hour so you can rotate them on the charger as you swap them out for continuous use. The only drawback in my opinion is the weight, it is a bit heavy not to come with a carrying sling to facilitate carrying it for jobs that last longer than an hour. Great Item.

To summarize, this is a very nice package that includes two much-needed outdoor maintenance devices, plus two high-capacity 4AH batteries that will be very handy especially when using the snowblower. I was hoping that the snowblower will serve to replace my older gas-engine snowblower that is getting harder for my wife and myself to handle as we get older, and I certainly won’t miss the associated issues with oil changes, tune-ups, gas containers, etc., not to mention its heavy weight. Thus far the GreenWorks product looks like it will serve well, especially since we have not been getting frequent large snowfalls for a number of years here in SE Michigan. The assembly instructions leave a bit to be desired, but once I had the parts unpacked it was very easy to put it together (no tools required); anyone with just a little mechanical aptitude should have no problem. Almost everything is plastic but the only part that I would question is the plastic scraper, which seems like it will wear quickly; fortunately it is cheap and easily replaceable. Also, the metal rod for the chute swivel has a lot of torsional flex, making it a bit difficult to control the position especially if there is any snow or ice buildup around the chute. But again, these are expected trade-offs to achieve the light weight (about 15 lbs without battery). The LED lights are very bright and will be convenient if it’s necessary to clear snow either very early or very late in the day. I’ve not yet had a chance for extensive use in snow, but I don’t anticipate any problems at all with depths up to 6 inches or more assuming it is not one of those extremely wet, heavy snows. We have what’s sometimes called a “4-car driveway”, or in other words room for two cars across and two deep: pretty much standard in typical subdivisions around here. I would expect to be able to clear this using just one of the included batteries, although I could easily swap batteries and put the expended one back in the charger for continuous usage. One common situation where this snowblower is likely to be inadequate occurs when we have a fairly heavy snow and the city plow comes along and pushes a huge berm of slushy, icy snow up into the driveway. To be honest, even our gas-powered snowblower struggles with this and digging out by hand is often necessary. However, we have now engaged a snow plowing service that should handle this as well as any really heavy snows that we might get in the future. So in summary, this 80V snowblower should suffice for our personal snow removal needs and easily replace our old one. The other device in the package is a pretty straightforward “leaf blower” that is light weight and nicely balanced in the hand once the battery is inserted. It certainly has a powerful output and includes an accessory nozzle to concentrate the airflow even more. I’m not sure how long the battery charge lasts, but again with two batteries included it would be easy to swap them back and forth. The blower will work well for its intended purpose of blowing leaves and grass clippings, and might also serve to blow a light snow coverage off the driveway in the winter.

Worst company ever, they have a very bad customer service, they don’t respect customers, they don’t care about fixing issues, I don’t recommend buying anything from them. Don’t waste your money

This is a follow-up to an earlier review. I continued to use the leaf blower through the rest of the Fall, and the unit has performed marvelously. I continue to be very happy with it. Now that we've had some snow in SE Michigan, I can now review the snowblower. I have cleared about 6" - 7" snowfall in two separate snow events with this blower--including a 2.5 car driveway and a front sidewalk. The snow was mostly fluffy both times, and this unit tackled the job without issue--as good as my gas powered snow blower. It had a lot of power to blow the snow a good distance and never seemed to bog down significantly. The unit is much lighter than my gas-powered snow blower, After using the unit for about 20 minutes, the battery was about 1/2 consumed--I have not run the battery to empty with the snowblower, but the second battery will probably come in handy if I have a deeper or heavier snow. The snowblower was rather easy to assemble--it took me about 20 minutes total.

It gets jammed on snow and the blower isn’t strong enough even on the smallest amounts of snow. Complete waste of money when shoveling is easier than pushing this machine.

I have to say, when I received these items I was a little apprehensive to use an electric snow blower and handheld leaf blower. I really did not think that they would work as well as other products on the market. Well, I was wrong.....really wrong. First the assembly of these products was extremely easy and seamless. The leaf blower set up was by far the easiest and took 30 seconds while the snow blower took about 3 minutes. This comes with two very large capacity batteries and a speed charger that takes me about 15-20 minutes to charge from zero to full. When in constant use I get about 20 minutes of use per battery, which is not extremely long, but effective since I can swap the batteries very quickly (so 40 minutes of total time). The leaf blower has an auto hold option, an extra speed mode and then regular mode. All three work really well and the blower worked really well for me to clear my yard of leaves. The snow blower has not been fully tested because we have not had snow yet but I did do a mock trial. It is not very heavy and seems like it will be quite effective. My goal is to start using it when there is 6-10 inches of snow on the ground due to the not so large clearance. However, I think this will work well and do wonders for my back. I really do recommend these for anyone looking for electronic options.

Easy to unpack and assemble - just snapping together a few pieces to complete the units. The charger and battery packs are compact and properly seating the batteries in the charger wasn't a problem, they 'slot' into place. Do make sure to keep your battery chargers and batteries separate if you have different rated batteries - these are larger than some of the other batteries I have for another Gardenworks product. This is great for keeping proper batteries with their respective equipment. The jet blower is large, heavy duty and seemed powerful. Some smaller adults may find it heavy after using it for awhile. The leaves didn't stand a chance against this blower and it cleared out the back yard in a snap. A quick run through the garage and the driveway also wasn't a problem and we are dust and debris free now. The snowblower hasn't had any work yet, but I expect to need it in the coming few weeks and months. IT also seems quite well built and sturdy. It stores easily, as does the blower. We are very happy so far.

These werenmy firat 80v type yard devices. Have only been able to test the snow blower on a very light snowfall with slight accumulation, but it did pick it up and throw the snow like a snowblower should. The leaf blower was way more powerful than my 20v leaf blower and noticebly picked up and blew leaves and debris a good 20 feet away with some force. I like the controls on both the snow blower and the leaf blower, as they are easy to understand and use. The batteries hold a good charge, i was able to get a lot of leaf blowing done in about 30 minutes before the battery wore down. The indicator on the battery let me check the remaining charge at a glance. The batteries take about 2 hours to charge, thats approximate as I wasnt keeping that close an eye on it. The battery charger is simple to understand with its light indicators. I would recommend this for sidewalks and driveway clearing for the snowblower and big area debris clearing for the leafblower. They are powerful and easy to use/ fairly light weight.

The larger batteries give extra blowing time. This machine really does suck and as extremely good spitting power. If you have a job that needs a good blower, this is your machine!

This is a wonderful snowblower. I used it recently on my long driveway, back sidewalk, front sidewalk, and then decided to do my neighbor's front sidewalk. Battery still had juice!

The snow blower works quite well as I expected having several other Greenworks tools. The hand held is a strong tool. A package well worth the price.

I have reviewed this item. I come tobthe conclusion that this product is s good deal. I do have the intention of buy this snow blower leaft blower combo.

Greenworks Electric Snow Blower works great!! Hard to figure out the ejection of the battery, wasn't pushing hard enough.

I ordered this product online for an in-store pickup. I assembled it the following morning, put the battery in, and when I went to turn it on, it just beeped constantly but would not start. Called Bust Buy and got very little help.
