It was great while using it. But stopped working after 40 minutes. Best Buy’s return policy was 15 days. They referred me to the company. They were amazing and sent a replacement witching 3 days! If this one would have worked, it would have easily been 5 stars. But it wasn’t reliable.

Hello KarenD - We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with your pressure washer. Unfortunately, your review is not detailed enough for us to know what the issue is, but we will try to cover all bases. Here you will find some troubleshooting suggestions for you to try. Cleaning Obstructed Nozzles: To clean the nozzles, soak all your nozzles in a half and half mixture of warm water and white vinegar. Soak all the nozzles for about an hour and then proceed to poke your nozzle cleaning tool or paper clip through the end of the nozzle hole to poke out any debris. After you have done this, rinse them with warm water. Your nozzles will now be free of any obstructions causing the unit to malfunction. Removing Air from The Line / Bleeding Out the Unit: Purge any excess air from the pump. Set up the unit as per usual and ensure you are not using an extension cord. Remove any nozzle that may be connected at the end of the wand. Make sure that you have a green light on the GFCI on the power cord. Turn your garden hose on but leave the pressure washer turned OFF. With the pressure washer turned off, squeeze on the trigger for about 3 minutes – allowing the water to run through the unit at no pressure. In doing so, you are bleeding the unit out of any air that may be stuck in the pump. After 3 minutes, turn the unit on. If it is running, reinstall one of your clean nozzles and continue using the unit. Lastly, ensure that the water source is fully opened and is at least 60 PSI. There should be 10' of unrestricted garden hose between the hose connection and the unit, any kinks will prevent the flow of water going into the unit and prevent proper pressure. If you have tried these steps and are still experiencing issues, please contact Greenworks at 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS). All we ask that you have access to the unit so that we can complete troubleshooting with you and gather necessary unit information, and we will be happy to assist with the warranty claims process. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and look forward to assisting you. GreenworksTools

Hello CLos - Thank you for the feedback. We're very sorry to hear that this model did not meet your expectations. Each pressure washer nozzle (also called spray tip) creates the pressure in pressure washer.
The 15-degree creates a 15-degree wide sheet of water spray at the nozzle. Once the spray hits the surface the pressure is less because its force is spread over a larger area
This nozzle is great for cleaning dirty concrete, brick, or anytime you need to rinse heavy debris off of a hard surface. It packs the punch to make cleaning the dirtiest surface possible with any pressure washer.
It should be noted that backing away from the surface with a certain degree nozzle further reduces the pressure on it. Hoping this information helps and should hopefully assist in a more enjoyable user experience. If you are interested in discussing these issues directly with our team, please give us a call 1-888-909-6757. GreenworksTools

Hello Tester1 - Sorry to hear of the experience you are having! For units with an onboard soap tank: • Ensure that the black soap nozzle is installed and unobstructed. Try blowing through it or use your nozzle cleaning tool to poke out any debris. • The detergent tube may be clogged or damaged. Try removing it and running some warm water through it to clean it and/or to identify damage. • If the detergent is too thick, it will not pull through the assembly. You can use any preferred brand of pressure washer soap if it does not contain any harsh chemicals such as bleach, alkaline, or ammonia. Be sure to always follow the directions on the pressure washer soap for whether it needs to be diluted—soap should be a watery consistency. If issues persist, please contact us at 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS). GreenworksTools

Hello Expresso - Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with this product. We are concerned to read that you are feeling let down and that the unit has not fully met your expectations. The higher the PSI on a pressure washer, the more PSI you will receive and water volume — in gallons per minute (GPM). A pressure washer rated with a higher PSI and GPM cleans better and faster but often costs more than lower-rated units but depending on your workload, it may be necessary. Not only does it make the job easier, but it is safer to use the right tool for the job! Please consider checking out our higher PSI products, we truly do not think you'll be disappointed. If you wish to discuss products with our team directly, do not hesitate to reach out to us on our helpline at 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS). GreenworksTools

Bought back in January of this year and have used it to clean part of my fence, the house and 3/4 of the driveway. Maybe had a total of 12 hours of use out of it. Was using it to finish up the driveway and the thing just dies. Checked it over, checked the built in GFI, checked the outlets GFI, reset breakers in the house pann just to make sure it was the pressure washer. Nothing helped. Read that this brand is made with cheap quality in other reviews and should have listened and got a reliable name brand. Do not buy unless you’re absolutely loaded with money and don’t know what else to buy.

This is our second Greenworks 2000psi pressure washer, one for the home and one for the cabin. Assembly is straightforward and mostly intuitive. I like the four included nozzles for different jobs. It’ll take the finish off your deck if you’re not careful so plenty of power for a homeowner. My only beef is there is not a way to drain the pump for winter storage. Greenwork’s solution is to store in in a “frost free” place. Sorry GW, this is Minnesota. So when we close up I cart it into my living room which we set at 60* for the winter. I’d rather keep it in my garage, Otherwise it’s a nice unit.

Hello MichaelM - Thank you for the positive feedback! We are happy to hear you are pleased with the unit and its functions. We would love to offer some tips to help care for the pressure washer.
When storing your pressure washer over the winter or for longer than 30 days, make sure it will be ready for your next cleaning project. Your manual will have specifics. Here are some general procedures: •Store the pressure washer in a dry area, protected from freezing temperatures and other extreme weather. • Keep it away from heat sources that could dry out the pump seals. • Use a pump lubricant/antifreeze. A pump protector is liquid Anti-Freeze formulated to prolong the life of your pressure washer; the product can be found at most hardware stores. If you cannot do the Optimum Winterizing procedure, you can still protect your pressure washer from winter damage by disconnecting all water connections. Turn on the machine for a few second, until the remaining water in the pump exits. Turn off immediately. • Do not allow high-pressure hose to become kinked.
      • Store the machine and accessories in a room that does not reach freezing temperatures. Cleaning Detergent/Soap tank: The soap nozzle is the easiest way to empty the tank. Using the Soap Nozzle to remove any excess water from the tank is the best way to empty the soap tank. The process should only take about 10-15 minutes to fully empty the entire tank. We hope this information useful. Should you have any further questions or warranty needs, please contact us directly through chatbot on www.greenworkstools.com that will direct you to a live agent or call us at 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS). Hello Soap - Sorry to hear of the issue you are experiencing with the soap dispenser. Sounds like the black tip (soap nozzle) may not have been attached to the wand at time of use. To activate the soap dispenser, you must install the black soap nozzle. Soap can only be applied with the black soap nozzle. If issues persist, please contact us at 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS) so we can further investigate why this maybe occurring. GreenworksTools
