It should have been called the horrible things that could happen to Gretel. Weird

It was okay not really what I believed it was going to be.

This was a simple fairytale story. Not really too scarey but somewhat entertaining.

This movie is not the same as the last Hansel and Gretel stories where they slay vampires. This one is totally different and has to do witches. It was okay but not really good.

I don't know if anybody asked for a revival of folk horror, but I'm glad we got it. Oz Perkins' best movie so far. Disc looks beautiful, possibly better than in theaters. Shame there's no 4k in the USA, but for the price I got it, I'm more than happy.

A very dark version of the traditional classic. It takes you down a long road and the ending is something totally unseen or expected. That's why I would recommend it because it's unforeseen ending. That's why Gretel is the first name in the movie title.

Dark, like a Grimm fairytale should be. Starts off real intriguing to pull you in, but then plateaus a bit too soon and stays. Could've been a good Grimm fairytale.

Got this around Black Friday for a steal. This is the perfect atmosphere movie. The colors and scenery are simply breath taking; looks like it could be 4k. If you enjoy a good horror story check this one out.

Good but not great. Interesting take on an age old fairy tale. Might be a little confusing for people who like movies like Fast and Furious.

A different telling of the tail but it has its interesting points of view. Not as scary a I had hoped for, but is worth being in my collection.

The classic fairy tale of Hansel & Gretel, but with a twist. The story moves slowly, but arrives at a novel ending if you can wait.

It's pre Hansel and Gretel, much different than the storyline, be interesting if the do a part 2, leave a perfect ending for one.
