The build quality seems very sturdy and well built. Obviously the length of the cable is what will attract most people to this. Griffin is well known with Apple accessories and cases and this device lives up to the quality expectation that they claim to have. Highly recommend.

I wanted a long cord for my iPad so picked this one up with the help of a sales person. Happy with it except it is really tight to plug in and unplug. Just hope it does not damage my iPad at the plug in port. It works fine and have not had any problems with it charging quickly.

Like the fact that I can sit in a recliner to use the cable ,without being confined by usual 2 foot cable .This cable is very sturdy and does not slip out of the apple device as some others I have wasted my money on . For the price , it should come with a wall plug

I truly love the length of this cord but it is the second cord I have had to purchase within two months. The cord bends at the end and usually burns out . I love the length so I'll continue to purchase the cord ,even though it hasn't lasted longer than 3 months.

This is a nice cable, it's long and strong, but flexible enough that it doesn't get in the way or put too much strain on the connectors. The Lightning connector is slim enough to fit my Otterbox Defender case, and long enough to easily grasp when removing it from the device.

I'm very satisfied with my new long cable. It's really long, which is why I went looking for a new cable. It seems to be very durable and I hope it lasts a few years. And, by the way, did I mention that it's really long? Well, it is much longer than the cable that came with my phone. And, because it's so, so long, I don't have to reach very far for my phone when it is charging overnight and it rings and wakes me up from my sleep. I just reach over and there it is! It's within easy reach because of my excellent, durable, flexible, new, lo-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-ng cable. I love my new long cable and want to make sure that I make it very clear that it is wonderfully long! The only possible improvement I can think of is if it was offered in different colors. If I had a choice, I would have purchased a white cord. However, if it was available in additional colors, I might have been tempted to purchase bright pink or purple. It would even be fun to have one that was pink and purple stripes or polka dots or, best of all, paisley! Can you tell that I'm a child of the 70's? Purple is my favorite color, so if several purples were available, I would have a hard time deciding which purple to choose. I would probably go for a medium to dark purple. However, upon reflection, I think I would still want white. Any color except black would be great, as long as the cable was still long. I purchased it for the length, so that was the ultimate deciding factor. The other detail was that it was the only long cord that Best Buy had that still fit on my iPhone with the "Lifeproof" case I use. The other single longer cable available had a connector that was too wide to fit the phone with the case on. That was the other extremely important detail. So, in conclusion, I would say that the cord met my every need and expectation and I am very satisfied with it in every way except for the color of the cord. Since I am really more concerned with function than form, the black color was not a top priority deciding factor in my purchase.

Great cable but this is my second one because the first one came apart at the seams. The cord literally unraveled all on its own. It's very nice to have your phone plugged in but have a cable long enough to still use it while it's charging.

I bought this cord for my Dad so he could continue to use his IPad Mini while reading in bed without the worry of his battery going dead. My Dad can read an entire book in one night so having the ability to charge and read while in bed is perfect for him.

My white cord that came with my iPhone broke where the cord and plug met. I found another brand much like this one, but the plug part didn't fit my Lifeproof case. I just shaved the plastic down so it'd fit, but the cord soon separated like the white cord. I got this one, and it's great! The plug portion is narrow enough to fit my Lifeproof case, it is long enough you don't find yourself pulling from the cord but rather on the plastic portion of the plug like you're supposed to. This has survived many plugging, unplugging, packing, unpacking and still hasn't shown any signs of wear.

This cable feels more durable than Apple's cord. Hopefully it will stand up to more abuse. Apple's cords only last about a year being used (abused) everyday in my semi-truck. The plastic around the Lightning connector is a bit thick so some cases may not work well with it. I have a Pad & Quill case for my iPad and I hand to trim the head of the cable down a bit. There's a lot of plastic on the head so you can trim quite a bit off without exposing any metal. The length makes it easy to use my iPad while it's charging with a regular wall charger. Its the perfect length IMHO.

Bought 3 - so far 2 held up and 1 broke. But I have had a problem with all brands of iPhone 5 charges continuously breaking. This one seems sturdier and the length is great.

What can I say, it's long and it works. At least, that's what she said. I don't use this one, only the 6'. It does the job and has plenty of length to avoid feeling tethered to the wall.

This is a durable product and I have owned this brand before. I was surprised that the plug in was larger than before and did not work with my iPad protector. I remove part of the protector in order to charge.

The cord is a little stiff and the plug barely fits into my Lifeproof case but it is nice to have the flexibility of use due to the 10' length. I've been down with a broken leg and the 10' has helped a lot!

This product is great for when you have to charge your iPod or iPad and still want to use it at the same time. It allows for freedom of movement. I can sit or lie wherever I want and still charge my iPad while I'm using it.

Finally a cord long enough to use where I don't have to try to find a plug close enough. This cord is awesome, I can plug it in and not worry about it being long enough.

I purchased a similar one elsewhere for work and needed another long cable for home. Doesn't tangle and connection is fine with all of my devices.

My daughter was looking for something that she could use while working on things on her big desk.., I mean her bed, while not running out of power, and this cord was long enough to do the trick! Good price too!

Have tried many longer cables and returned them all because they did not work with every device. This cable does and give you the capability of charging your unit while you are using it to stream.

So I've had dynex cables before and the major factor was the cord is that it's stronger than the apple charging cable for the Iphone and a lot longer.
