This iPad Air case fully protects its precious cargo from bumps, drops, scrapes and the inevitable, brief, accidental exposure to liquid of some kind. This case has the look of military equipment. You have to like that look to buy this product. But why not enhance that look by making this case look even more like something you'd see in the hands of a Klingon warrior, or one of the marines in Aliens or Predator? I'm 61 years old, but this case comes very close to being "too serious." I say have a little fun. After all, the iPad Air already looks like something you'd find in a summer blockbuster sci-fi movie. I say take that look and run with it!

Pleasantly surprised about this case. Never felt comfortable going away from otter box but this not only had a better price but it has the same quality protection for my Apple.

All and all a good protective devise for your iPad. You just have to be prepared to clean it a lot both sides of the protective screen.

Needed a product that prortected the I pad from frequent drop episodes. Wanted something with a tight fit and light easy to carry.

The cover makes it easy to handle the tablet, we use it in the cockpit and being compact is a plus. The stand is awkward but we don't use it much.

My son got an iPad Air recently and this was his first choice for a cover - he loves the military look and feel though the dust cover can be harder to use than just a regular screen cover.

This offers great protection for the iPad it has a great look to it main downfall makes a lightweight iPad heavy.

This is a great beginner case for iPad Air until you can get the LifeProof case. It protects the iPad well from scratches, falls etc. it's pretty rugged. The kickstand is a little too narrow for real world viewing angles. That surprised me. It otherwise does exactly what it says. But at $80 I strongly suggest you get the LifeProof case. Same level of protection plus it's actually water proof (like underwater photography). Otherwise it's a good beginner case ;)

Overall great product for price and what is needed. Downside is added weight/bulk but serves it's purpose.

I bough this along with an iPad Air and it was easy to use and comfortable to hold. And absolutely necessary to protect it!

I have had this brand and model for my IPhone's and they worked well. We purchased a new IPad for our 9 year old sons Christmas present and wanted a case that would stand up to the abuse, so far so good.

Great case for the best protection. A little bulky but with kids in the house it is totally worth it.

I got this on sale for my ipad air. I find it very protected against scratches and impacts. I often have it on my passenger seat in my car or thrown in a backpack. I like the touch screen protection-easy to wipe off occasional food or drink while checking mail at the kitchen table. Although the camera lens cover can take some effort to open, it doesn't block the lens at all and the trouble is worth the protection the griffin provides.

It was tedious to put on, the home button cover doesn't stay put. Overall it's a good protector!!

The survivor case has always been the top quality brand for people who live a rough life, the case meets military standards, it can withstand a lot of natures elements.

The Apple case works well to protect and provide a stand.

I work construction and use my iPad for plans and taking photos of the job. This is the only case I will use on my iPad. The thing is nearly Unbreakable

This is my 3rd iPad, the Air is very light and I was afraid of dropping it. My last iPad had a Otter Box Defender, I would have bought that but it was not on the market yet. My next best choice was this Griffin Surivor which met my expectations. Otter Boxes fault for not being on the ball to market their product. Best Buy installed it for me, that made me very happy.
