I'm not sure what the reviewer was talking about when they said this was the size of a Mac truck. I bought this today and it fits my 7th Generation Nano like a glove. There are two holes on the bottom of the armband, one for the lightening cable and one for the headphones. There is, unfortunately, no way to access the volume and 'skip song' button on the side of the Nano. Although, I guess it doesn't matter too much since you can access those functions from the touch screen. The only two things I'm not fond of is the part where you insert the Nano gaps a bit in the back (it worries me that sweat may get to my iPod when working out) and the armband is an adjustable elastic piece that is attached (on both sides) to the armband. I'd much rather have an armband that loops and attaches with velcro (like the Belkin armband). Also, the elastic, even when fully expanded, is rather small (and I'm saying this as a female). A male, of even average bicep size, will likely have the elastic cut into their arm. Overall it isn't a bad armband, but not really worth the price.

Not being convenient to keep my iPod in my pants pocket (depending on the movement I kept pulling out head phone jack) I wanted something sturdy, but light weight so it didn't chafe while working out sleeveless. This arm band was both. Thick band prevents slips even during rigorous exercise and it's soft so it didn't irritate even while sweating heavily.

I'm a gym rat and needed an arm band for my Ipod Nano. This Nano fits in the armband perfectly and the vinyl window allows me to navigate fairly easily.

I bought this for my guy because he needed to find something that protected the nano and didn’t pull out the earbuds while he is moving .. the holder really allows the person to wear it on the upper arm ... and still work out or do physical work... great armband!

The Griffin Technology Trainer Armband is an excellent product. It has a secure comfortable fit and the touchscreen for my iPod works well through the clear plastic pocket.

I would give this armband 5 stars, except it is sometimes hard to remove the ipod nano, but over time I am sure it will get looser. Overall it is very sleek, secure and I am able to access the needed headphones port with no issues. Also there is no interference from the transparent shield when wanting to make selections on the ipod.

The product is easy to use and fits on my arm without much adjustment. When another member of my family uses it, I can adjust it quickly to my size.

Bought this for my new Nano so I could run/workout. Works great with no issues. Keeps water and sweat out and protects the Nano!

Fits perfect and is comfortable enough hat I forget I'm wearing it at the gym. Only slight downside is the face plastic is a little thick making it mildly difficult to operate the Nano controls but not so significant to be a serious detractor.

Very handy for use at the gym. Easy to adjust, and fits the unit as well as my arm. Tried some others that kept moving around when I did. I spent too much time tinkering with the fit.

Light weight and just the right size to take on the road.

The armband fits very well and my ipod fits in great. The only issue I have is turning the ipod on. I have to push the cover away so it can be turned on. Other than that it's great.

Before using the armband I would drop the device and ear phones. Now it is under control firmly attached to my arm and protected. Convenient to use.

It does the job, but the design could be a little nicer in my opinion. Didn't stop me from buying the product and I've had no problems with it.

I needed a new armband for my 8th gen iPod. My 5th gen armband was too large. This one is great. It's much more secure than my old one. I was also able to go to bestbuy online & purchase a new armband for my 5th gen iPod. I was thrilled to find this one too.

I have really small arms, and the adjustability of this armband makes it super easy for me to get a good fit. I also discovered that it holds up pretty well in the rain--my Nano was perfectly dry after running into an unexpected shower on my morning walk!

This item works out perfect when I am working out or just mowing my lawn. Very reasonable price and my phone firs in it perfectly.

The armband is easy to use, stays in place, not overly hot. The biggest problem is the glare from the sun when trying to change or even check the music. Can barely see what I'm doing outside. However, the very usefulness of that a plastic cover is protection from rain and snow. Wish they could figure out how to do that without the plastic glare.

The iPod fits very well on my arm with the wrap I bought. Took it on the plane for a recent trip and it was great.

Pretty simple to use but not a fan of the plastic cover. Serves its purpose.
