I love this watch, this is the second refurbished I have purchased and have had no issues so far. I purchased this one because I wanted the GPS and Cell. The only problem I had was trying to get cell service on it, which was my carriers issue not the watch itself. They finally got their act together after the third call and I now have service on it. It came in great condition and a great price! I love it!

Got the watch refurbished and it looks and works just like new condition. I have the cellular version and can listen to music and message and talk without phone but music is only limited to Apple music and is a little clunky to get used to. Technically has some cool apps and is good for exercising but wish there was some more there to set it apart. Overall good smart watch but just wish there was more.

There are lots of reasons to buy an Apple Watch. This review is about the decision to buy a refurb from Best Buy. Bottom line is there's no reason not to! The price is exceptional and the product is practically brand new. Yes, the box may look a bit worn or might have an extra sticker wrapped around it, but that's about it. I've bought several refurbished products from Best Buy and it's by far, the best way to save money on an Apple product.

I love my Apple Watch 3!!! I had the first one so this was an upgrade for me. I bought it refurbished, not sure what was wrong with it but it seems to be working fine. The only thing is I wasn’t asked if I wanted AppleCare when I ordered it but I’m assuming I can still get it thru Apple. Free shipping and it arrived a couple of days earlier than expected.

My initial review was not posted because it wasn’t glowing, so I’ll try again. I was very disappointed with this purchase. The band was very dirty (brown on the inside of the white band), the screen was very obviously smudged up from prior use, the watch was not secured in the box and was rattling around for the entire delivery. It was very very very poorly refurbished by Geek Squad. I was disgusted at the condition in which it arrived. Once I cleaned it and set it up, it functioned as I anticipated. But I greatly regret not buying brand new. Shame on whoever “refurbished” this piece. It reflected horribly on your brand. I’m hesitant to ever buy refurbished from Best Buy again. And I’m a very loyal Elite member.

The box this came, like the apple box, not the shipping box, was TRASHED. So I had some concerns... HOWEVER the watch itself was in pristine condition and works great!! I upgraded from the original apple watch to this, in order to use the watch to track my swimming. Great product. Saved some serious cash buying refurbished and got an awesome "new to me" upgrade!

Bought mine refurbished but you couldn’t tell it wasn’t brand new. I can receive calls and texts on my watch even when my phone is miles away at home. Also, the fitness tracker is the best. This is essentially a phone and fit bit in one. Looks great too!

Arrived like new. Great functionality and store was great in getting it up and running.

Looks brand new came in the original box and with the charger. No scratches.

I have wanted an Apple Watch for a while but the price was not in my budget. Then, I saw this certified refurbished one from Best Buy. I have bought refurbished products before and they have worked fine. The Watch is no exception. It looked new out of the box - and works very well. Happy me - happy wallet.

I recently broke the screen on my Apple Watch. I didn’t want to buy a brand new one because of the cost. Due to cost replacing the screen was not an option. I am more than happy with this refurbish watch. It looks and acts brand new.

Apple Watch 3 is so much better than the first edition. What do you expect though!!! Nothing new except GREAT battery life. Almost two days battery life (not using cellular at all), compared to 12 hrs with Apple Watch 1!!!

My reconditioned iWatch arrived at the designated time and was in what appeared to be the original box. It came with all the same elements that would be expected from brand new. The watch looked new, with no mars or scratches and included 2 sizes of watch straps.

I think that I may be biased as Apple-phile but this is a great product. I’m only two weeks in but I love how intuitive the setup was. Im still gauging battery life. But!! There is great joy and satisfaction that comes from “completing the rings”!

The condition was excellent and functionality is overall smooth. The only reason I gave it four instead of five stars is because I occasionally experience a hiccup or delay in scrolling. Other than that, the watch is well worth the price and serves its purpose.

This Apple Watch is the perfect size for everyday use. Have had no issues. Convient to answer calls, respond to texts, track exercise or to look at notifications!
