The overall build quality feels extremely cheap, with lightweight materials that do not feel durable. The padding is thin and uncomfortable, and after a short time sitting in it, I experienced back and leg discomfort. The chair also makes constant creaking and popping noises with even minor movement, which is distracting during gaming or work. The noise has continued to get worse, making the chair feel unstable even though it is still relatively new. On top of the poor quality, the return process has been unacceptable. The seller made starting a return extremely difficult, repeatedly offering partial solutions instead of accepting the return. Responses were spaced almost 24 hours apart, dragging the process out. It took an entire week just to receive a return label, and even longer to see any movement on the refund. It has now been almost three weeks since the item was delivered back, with no refund completed. If this goes on another week, I will be filing a chargeback with my credit card company. The product quality and customer service are both unacceptable, and I would not recommend this chair to anyone.

The fact that this reclines so far back allows for a good stretch. It was very easy to put together. It took about 20 minutes. I'm very happy with my purchase.
