Wasn't too hard to set up, looks like the picture. Is comfortable. The "massage" feature is just vibrations though

We're pleased you found the installation easy, the seating comfortable, and the appearance as expected. We also especially appreciate your reminder about the 'massage function'—you're right, it primarily uses soothing vibrations, which may differ from a traditional massage experience. We'll pass this feedback on to the relevant team to optimize the description or product in the future. We hope that aside from this minor hiccup, it will bring you a comfortable daily experience! 🥰

Gaming Chair

Bought this chair for my son for Christmas. The only thing he doesnt use is the footrest when he plays his games or is reading. But if he ever desides to relax he could deside to use it. He had no trouble putting it together.

Not as expected
PotatoMom Posted
This was easy to put together and the seat is comfortable, but the back is too thin. If you don’t use the head or lumbar rests, which aren’t that cozy, you will feel the frame. This was not the quality I expected.

Thank you sincerely for sharing your honest feedback regarding your chair assembly experience and overall quality impression. We are glad to know the chair was simple to assemble and that you find the seat comfortable to sit on. Meanwhile, we fully understand your disappointment that the backrest feels too thin, as you can feel the internal frame without using the headrest or lumbar pillow, and you also mentioned these included accessories are not particularly comfortable, failing to meet your original quality expectations.
We will carefully record your valuable comments and pass them along to our product development team for reference in future product upgrades and structural optimizations.
If you would like further assistance or wish to discuss solutions related to this concern, please feel free to contact us via our official email: info@gtracing.com, and we will respond to your inquiry and offer targeted support as soon as possible.
