This was easy to put together and the seat is comfortable, but the back is too thin. If you don’t use the head or lumbar rests, which aren’t that cozy, you will feel the frame. This was not the quality I expected.

Ordered this december 2nd. It is now December 14. It says label has been created but has not left the facility. This is ridiculous. This is suppose to be a christmas present. I.do not know if it will make it.
