I had trouble, and so did a techie who tried to help me. Seems this is good-but that is based on what computer/operating system you want to use with it. It is priopertary. We could not get it to work with Google Chrome so returned it

I am pretty tech savvy but could not get this thing to connect to my router no matter what I tried. I was able to set up the app on my phone without any issues. Actually using it was impossible since it needed Wi-Fi to work.

Found this tool very useful for ease of mind. Install was very easy. Up and going in about 5 min. Recommend.

Set-up was a breeze. They give you a small bi-fold card with set-up instructions.. Its a piece of cake!! Set-up steps (not in exact order): Download app to Galaxy S4, set-up temporary wifi network from phone to camera, program my AT&T wireless network key to the app,..... the app then thinks for a little bit, I then pause for some laughter at how easy it is...YATZIE!!...I'm connected. Took 5 minutes. People who say its a pile of junk probably complain at restaurants that their water is too wet. What I would say to them, is Its a 100 dollar camera.... spend more if you want more, Cheers. This company is probably new, and can easily improve their products over time and with the help of some positive and ACCURATE feedback from consumers. If you're a moron, don't blame the product. My opinion, you get MORE than what you're paying for with this camera. I bought this device to keep an eye on my dog who gets into trouble from time to time. He mostly just jumps on couches, pulls random things out of the garbage can, eats my toothbrush and then sleeps. By the time I get home, he forgets what he did so discipline is almost pointless. I wanted to be able to stop him from being so opportunistic about his mischief, more importantly, try to figure out WHEN he's doing it so I can catch him in the act. Well, it worked. With the help of the motion sensor, It sent a text to my phone...I then turned on the live stream, caught him in the act and yelled at him through the speaker. I'll be damned....he listens and retreated to his bed. Two days in a row, now. Pros: -Great night vision -Free App, no monthly charges -SD card capable (haven't used it) -Loud 2 way speaker -Loud "smoke detector" sounding alarm that can be enabled/disabled when motion is sensed. -Easy set-up -Sensitive microphone Cons: -Image quality not the greatest, but might be a good thing to some people because its not going to consume a lot of cell phone data to stream. -Refresh rate is fairly poor, but I was expecting that when I bought it. -I experience a 2 second delay with sound, 3-4 second delay with video. (again, I expected it when I bought it) -App does not allow you to watch the live video feed and hit the panic alarm at the same time. (App requires you to switch screens) This could be a bad thing if you go to scare off an intruder by setting off the alarm. Call me a bit of a thrill-seeker, but I want to watch the burglar mess his pants and take off running. By the time you switch back to the live feed, the burglar is gone, or maybe he's in your closet now, who knows...because you weren't on the video screen when you triggered the alarm. -motion sensor could be improved. It picks up my 70lb dog as well as people, no problem. Outside 10 feet however, it gets a bit finicky, but even at the highest sensitivity....It only picks up my cat once in a while. If you want to keep an eye on a small dog or cat, this product might not work for you. If you're looking for something basic but reliable with an easy set-up, this would be a good camera for you.

Purchased and returned. Product did not stay connected. To me reliable for my use.

Bought this and at 1st loved it. But than all the problems began. Motion doesn't work. Auto arm does't work. 2 way communication doesn't work. Contacted Tech support several times and they just keep telling me to reset. I keep explaining to them I really bought this for the motion so I know when someone was entering the house with no other help than reset. It's just a paper weight now.

I was very impressed with sleek design and how easy the setup process was. Although I was a little weary of the low price compared to its competitors, I've had nothing but good things to say about the convenient features. I originally wanted to keep an eye on my pets while I was at work, but now I feel secure using it when I'm out of town. Picture quality could be better, but gets the job done. The size is perfect for discrete placement and I love that I get alerts straight to my iPhone.

We love our Guardzilla. Guardzilla was the only all in one plug in to set-up device we found. We wanted simple and easy to install while able to be linked to an app for our viewing pleasure while we were away from home. We bought one and it has served its purpose. We watch our animals and yell @ them when they are acting naughty. With Guardzilla you can watch from your phone, recording is possible, we can talk to our animals through the app as well as listen to them while we're away. WeMve recommended this to friends and family. Great security device or monitoring device. Night vision is excellent! I only have it a 4 because it disconnected from our phone view and we are challenged with getting it reconnected. Although Guardzilla customer super has been great, emailing and on the phone with us to trouble shoot. SAVE YOUR RECEIPT! We need to find ours! that's the only thing stopping us from getting a free replacement.

We bought this as a way to watch our house(dogs) while on vacation in Europe. We we able to get it to work when in town, but once we left we could not get it to link via our Iphones. Best Buy gave us a store credit since we no longer had our receipt.

This is cheesy. The alarm sounds like a child's toy. They give you a sticker for the window that says this house is protected by guardzilla. That would be a red flag to all burglars to target you

Set up as directed, tried walking around in the room and at times it took forever to set off, other times it did not set off at all. I really wanted it for the alarm but wasn't worth it.
