I bought this game for my kids and they play it often. It has good songs, but someone always complains that it is difficult to play.

My granddaughter ask for this for Christmas! She enjoyed using this when she was away on vacation!

Graphics and game setup are super cool, just would rather play with the button configuration of the old guitars that Rock Band still utitlizes. If this is an option, someone plz let me know

I almost when to rock band but wanted to try the new button layout and I like it a lot fun to play. The back ground and the for ground notes can sometimes blend a little so its hard to see but its not as bad as I thought it was going to be.

At first, I wasn't sure how well I would like the new format of playing music as well as the updated button layout, but both aspects turned out to be awesome! You have a huge song selection with great music and it gives incentive to keep playing. Also, we new buttons are a challenge at first, but awesome once you get used to it. The only concern is I'm a drummer at heart and wish drums could be added like in the old World Tour.

Realized that I missed Guitar Hero as soon as I started playing this game. The new guitar controller is awesome.

I like that this game is more challenging. I don't like how the songs are ones I have never heard of before. They aren't very good. I wish it had the classic songs with the new format.

The 3x2 button system is a nice change compared to the old 5 button system of the older series. But the live gimmick only really feels "real" sometimes. The GHTV aspect is much more worthwhile, but can feel repetitive after a few hours.

Got this on sale for $20 with the guitar, so I can't complain much. The music selection is more modern than past releases which may or may not be a positive for some.

I like the new guitar but this game has too much going on to enjoy. Very annoying set up, guitar design has flaws like the Guitar Hero TV button which will cancel your current game and send you to the GHTV app to buy songs and play whatever is available that day. Small list of consistent songs, terrible story mode, annoying tutorials especially in the GHTV section, botched calibration. its just one of the worst GH games ever! I like the guitar button layout though...Don't buy this game...It's been on sale since it came out! lolol

I've played every guitar hero on every system. Now game took some time to get used to with the new button layout. Visuals are solid and feel new. Songs could be a tad better but so many good ones have already been on previous entries

GH Live is a resurrection of a once successful genre and it does not disappoint. But don't expect anything revolutionary. The first person perspective is cool but also feels a bit campy. But overall, I'm still having fun rockin' out.

I'm totally rubbish at this game, but it's still so much fun! Good game to play with others.
