Customers are saying

Customers are enthusiastic about the fun gameplay and great song selection in Guitar Hero Live: Supreme Party Edition. Many appreciate the ease of use and the inclusion of two guitars, making it perfect for group play. However, some found the game's difficulty and the redesigned guitar buttons challenging to adapt to. The new controller layout presented a learning curve for some players accustomed to previous versions.

Great game. I had a lot of fun playing with my friends . Only complaint is that the sound is a little low you really have to turn up your speakers.

Game is just as good as the others. If you have XBOX Live, then you get to see how you ranked with others that played the same song. Guitar buttons have gotten a little more complicated, but if you start at an easier level and work your way up, then you can learn it with little difficulty.

GHL is *almost* exactly what I wanted, another guitar hero game with new features and a refreshed play style making it feel new and an altogether new "instrument" -updated guitar controller- to learn. That said, the ability to play any song(s) you want is gone, out the window. If you want to have a guitar hero party with some friends you have to pay for a 24hour "party pass" to access all the songs and choose what to play, which expires and must be bought again. It's like "pay to win" but instead "pay to have fun like you used to be able to". The game does offer "free plays", which are tokens one earns a couple of at a time by sitting through about 45 minutes of playing songs on random on one of their two "stations", and those dissapear fast. If I hadn't recieved the BB gift card I got for Christmas, I don't know that I would have spent my own money on the game, since I will have to anyway the next time I invite my friends over to play. Which sucks because it IS a really fun game.

The game is fun and challenging. Although it comes with 2 controllers, we've been unable to play the normal modes as a 2 player game. It is not very intuitive how to play multi-player. It is fun to play, and the new controllers makes it much more difficult than previous versions.

Got this as a package deal free with the purchase of my new Xbox one S, thought my son would enjoy it. Turns out he was more into the gears of war 4 game that came with the Xbox. Me and the wife LOVE this guitar hero live game, so many songs and the guitars offer several levels of difficulty to master! Was worth getting for free for sure!!!

The on-disc track list is really shallow, and the online tracks are largely just ok. There a few surprised in there but it's a lot of butt rock. The online library costs to play a track. Feeling adventurous and regret it? You paid for that play, tough luck. It's not as much of a party game anymore.

Connecting the controllers is a bit of a hassle for two players at least. It required buying a USB adapter to be able to plug them in to the front of the Xbox in order to get a good enough connection. Besides that the game is great fun for all ages.

I bought this for my kids and I to play, but it's too hard for them, and myself. I was expecting something closer to what I played on a previous Xbox. I can get decent scores but my kids don't enjoy it like I hoped. Would be great for older kids.

The great thing about it is the TV feature. You get to play these songs that are currently playing in a specific time slot or choose the genre you want to play. Guitar Hero has always been quite entertaining. Another good thing about this is it has two guitars. You don't have to go out and buy another.

I really like the TV game mode which displays the music video for the song in the background. Not a fan of the new button system for the notes, but it's still a great buy with lots of songs and different features.

I bought this solely for me and my girlfriend to play at the same time. She isnt a big gamer but does love the guitar hero series. This game is really fun for anyone who likes guitar, single player is decent. The best enjoyment from this game comes from 2 people playing together.

I had played Guitar Hero on the xbox360, and this was nothing like it. It is still loads of fun, but had to do a lot of learning before playing online! Just go through the tutorial, and you should be fine!

This game is more challenging to play than I thought but fun once you get the hang of it. Bought the game with two guitars so you can play against each other; the only way to go.
