I use these primarily when I am at the computer, and I have noticed that my eyes no longer feel strained at the end of the day. That was the primary reason for purchasing the glasses: to filter blue light and reduce eye fatigue. So I am happy they have met my expectations in that regard.
However, for the price, the frames are very fragile/flimsy and the plastic lenses need constant cleaning. If you buy these, buy a box of lens wipes. No case is included either, so be careful where you put these when you are not wearing them; even with careful use, I already have a slight scratch on one lens.
I have not tried them for gaming yet; there is a slight magnification which I think helps when I am at the computer, but I don't know how it will affect my game when sitting further back for console gaming.
Overall, I am not sure I would recommend the product. I think you might be able to find something that does the job for less than $72 a pop. I wouldn't mind paying that amount if the glasses felt like a quality product in my hand. They do not. Part of this purchase was offset with a gift card, so I did not pay the full amount. If I had, I think I would have returned them.

My job essentially has me in front of a computer 8-9 hours out of the day. After work, I often play console or computer games, so I'm almost regularly spending more than half a day looking at a monitor. Eventually, I started getting regular headaches and my eyes would strain more and more due to all the artificial light I'd be exposed to. When I found these Gunnar glasses on sale, I decided to give them a try. I was surprised to find that I no longer experienced headaches, and as an added bonus, the color filtering effect of the glasses improved contrast in the games I was playing, which allowed me to see greater detail.
My only complaint is the price. Although not overly expensive, I was reluctant to purchase them until I found them on sale. The price is even greater directly on their website, especially if you order them with prescription lenses. For most users, the price may not be worth the benefit, but if you spend as much time in front of a computer monitor or television as I do, then it's worth the expense and definitely worth a try.

Overall, I'm really satisfied with this purchase. I have noticed a great deal less eyestrain during long sessions at the computer. The only downside is that I can't use it for console games, as I sit far enough away from the TV such that I need to use my regular glasses instead. I imagine people who wear contacts wouldn't have this problem, though.

For the price these glasses feel like they are cheap. The curved arms make them feel tight on my head. I can end up only wearing these for a few hours at a time, because they start to give me a headache. When I do wear them they are great at making things sharper and easier to read. If I didn't get headaches and they didn't feel cheap these would be great.

these glasses are great if you play video games for long periods of time. They have a slight magnification and the tinting really does reduce the strain on your eyes. My only complaint is that they legs squeeze my head a bit to much, not uncomfortable but I definitely notice it.

Your eyes will take a few days to get used to the glasses. I use the glasses when working on the computer and while gaming. They really do reduce eye strain. I wish I would have purchased them sooner.

I get a lot of eye strain from staring at a computer all day so I was hoping these would help. However, even though they were lightweight and comfortable to wear all day, I didn't notice a reduction in eye strain. Does not mean they do not work... just not for me.

They worked amazing. I got it for fiance on his birthday. He not only wears it to play COD, but when he is driving on a bad day, while reading, or just because. He seems to love it. And it did not give him any headaches or discomfort. I tried it on myself and it does make the quality of the picture 10 times better.

These glasses help while on long stints on the computer against eye strain. . It is a little awkward when I am trying to watch a movie on the TV while working on my computer. I paid $40 for a deal of the day price but feel like they are worth $30 tops. I do recommend them, but only if you get a killer price.

I bought another pair of (from what I could tell "child size") gunners a little bit ago that were far too small to fit my apparent gigantic (adult) "melon". I bought this pair because they were slightly bigger than the other pair. The nice and terrible thing about this pair is that the arms on the glasses themselves are flexible. Flexible however, in this case, means extraordinarily flimsy. I gave them to a buddy to try on and his head was even larger than my melon and they still fit. To me they still feel ridiculously flimsy though I think I would spend a bit more to get the ones with the better hinges that allow for give instead of the flimsy arms that are paired to this pair.

When I got the glasses I was so happy I didn't even care about the price, then I tried them out and the color in the game looked bad with them on, and it was a yellow tint color to the game to. well so I said maybe my eyes will have to get used to them I gave it a month and still eyes dry, color in game look bad with them on, and a yellow tint color in the games. NOT GOOD AT ALL STAY AWAY!!!!

I was a skeptic at first. I wanted to just try these out and return them if I didn't like them, but that changed and I couldn't be happier I got these!
I'm a huge gamer. In fact, I've just stepped away from Modern Warfare 3 after playing it nearly non-stop since midnight release and I will say this...these glasses are probably the greatest thing to happen to my gaming lifestyle since 3d graphics.
I have no strain on my eyes when playing or even using my computer. The clarity can easily be seen. My mind was blown when I saw a projector feed of CoD 3 being displayed and the difference with the glasses on and off was pretty amazing.
Definitely DEFINITELY worth the money if you are big on gaming. Are they a bit expensive? Yes, but think of the headaches and strain you'll save yourself!
