They didn't even answer an email I sent them! Terrible customer service!!

Did’t have state tax software

Will not install on my WIN10 computer

The executable opens, (Promo_Retail_ESD_HRBlock_Deluxe+State_2019_DL_WIN), then nothing further happens. No installer indication, no error indication, just idle. Prior year executable will still install, and this new 2019 one will install on a WIN7 computer. Customer Service sent me to Geek Chat, and they just wanted me to subscribe to them.

Buyer Beware
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this and used it to file. It gave me the option to pay my taxes via credit card. I thought that sounded easy. So I selected that option. Nowhere on that page did it disclose there is a fee to pay by credit card. There is a link for "More info." Which I thought I didn't need to read since I felt the option was pretty straight forward. Needless to say there is a fee and in my case it is a large fee. Now I go back to change it and it won't let me since I "filed" already. Needless to say, I would have been better filing without this software and would have saved the money I paid for the software and avoided the fee.

I called BestBuy and they cannot provide the number. I called H&R Block, was put on hold...………………….. This is the last time H&R Block.
