    I usually don't write reviews but I'll make it short as to my disatisfaction: - Doesn't include filing with state (extra charge) - interview questions not clear and concise - KeyCode was not provided - Tech support was long (even in January I had to wait over an hour to get support) - There's a 2% fee for electronic payment For all the money I spent Finally, I called Best Buy for the Code error and not only was I lied to twice, but HR Block's response was "Check your spam filter". That's not how Best Buy works. I could have hired an accountant and would have received better service in less time.

    I have been using HR Block tax software for years. This was an easy decision. The only issue was that the download code to activate the software was missing. I had to make a couple of calls to Best Buy support before they routed me to Block support and was able to get the code. But download was easy and software is great -
