After contacting HR Block to get one, I got it all done... However, my state efile still hasn't been accepted and I've spent 2 hours on hold tonight waiting for someone to research this... go buy another product.

Product is Fine But Getting Code is a Headache

This year I bought the digital download which was missing the activation code. It was no where to be found and was not sent to me when I purchased and downloaded. I had to call H&R Block. I had to find the customer service number online. I will not be purchasing this product from Best Buy again. Too much of a hassle for a simple thing

Never using digital version again

This was my first time using the digital software. Could not get taxes done because no code was given to use software to do taxes. Many days and phone calls later, finally got the code to use from an H&R Block representative. No help from Best Buy or Geek squad.

The only caveat I have is currently Best Buy's activation key server isn't working. You'll have to call H&R Block to get your key so you may want to buy it elsewhere.

However, when I ordered it in digital form from Best Buy, it came without an activation code. The software basically works without the code, until it's time to download the state form, or you wan to e-file. I went back and forth with the Best Buy support team, and later their sales team. They promised to email me an activation code, but it never came. 6 days later they finally refunded my purchase price.

NO ACTIVATION CODE

I called Best Buy customer service regarding this issue and was told they cannot give out the activation codes and I would need to contact H&R Bock; I contact H&R Block and they tell me that Best Buy needs to give me the code. Now I'm stuck with a piece useless software. GARBAGE!

I did a Digital download of the software from Best Buy and it hung up had to call Geek Squad for assistance. If you don't have a computer protection plan with them you're out of luck!
