Tried using it. It had fields that were kind of invisible and got error at the very end while creating e-file. Didnt't let me create e-file even after that, with System info error. Tried customer support for straight 3 times (more than an hour each time) yet issue not resolved and now the Business filing deadline is tomorrow i.e 15th March and I am being told that there is an update that would come on 18th March. I may have to look for some other tax filing option and being a digital download not sure how I can get a refund.

Had to buy twice!!! When the digital download did not work, Best Buy did nothing to fix. Chatted, called. Then when I contested the charge on my Best Buy VISA--it was denied. Found it a Staples in January 2022. This year, the business version can only be found online so I bought from H & R block directly. It works fine. Though I have bought other digital downloads before with no problems, never will again!

Be very cautious using tax software when your taxes start to get more complicated. If there is a fault in the software, don't expect any support from HR Block Some of answers to questions you enter might be put into wrong forms. Once you have a business, pay an accountant to do them.

H&R Block Business software makes tax time bearable.

I purchased this because I tried to order a download of Turbo Tax on Amazon with no luck. I generally use H&R Block for taxes but was unsure of what to buy since last years software either has been renamed or replaced. So far I have prepared a tax return which I was able to successfully file. So far so good.

Would have given zero stars but wasn’t able to. I’ve talked to 3 people plus a chat at Best Buy and still no resolution. Downloading to digital library did not work. I was told by a rep that others were having to difficulty and I should contact H&R Block for help. I’m requesting a refund and will not purchase through tax software through Best Buy again

The software is pretty good. We have been using H&R Block for a few years. The problem we had with it was the download.

If I could give it a negative or zero I would. Bestbuy handling of this sucks, especially after 9p when they have made sure that the download is the wrong year. I bought 2021 and 2020 - what I already have and downloaded LAST YEAR is what downloaded. Who is there to help? No one, except a chatbot that of course never helps and misunderstands everything. Dont buy this!!!

Not very impressed with the Business side of the application. Not nearly as easy to use as the Premium for a personal return.

Software would be great if it was compatible with Windows 11. H&R Block is trying to remedy this issue, but in the meantime consumers are buying it, and it doesn’t work. I had to write a letter to H&R Block to request a refund

I think the H&R Block software is better than the other. Love the diagnostics.

This software is easy to use, especially if you run a business with employees.

The best tax software always available at Best Buy.
