I've been using H&R Block tax software for a number of years now and it's done a good job in helping me complete my tax return every year. As with any tax software, you really do have to know what you're doing when it comes to the tax rules but using the software helps a lot in filling out the returns, avoiding making math mistakes and carrying numbers from form to form. For the price of the basic version, I would never try to do my tax return without the software.

I have been using this product, and it predecessors, since it was TaxCut for myself and my family. By importing previous years' data it really improves the process. I would like to see a little more flexibility in the display resolution requirements.

Sent in my request for the $5 rebate, attached all req'd. receipts, etc. and waited 3 weeks for the $5 to arrive in mail. Received a ltr. from H & R Block telling me my request for the $5 rebate was refused due to fact I sent in a photo copy of purchase receipt from Best Buy when I should have sent in original receipt. . Ridiculous action on the part of a retailer so next I will buy from their competitor instead.

I have been using the H&R Block Basic tax return program for years. It is more economical than TurboTax. BB can match you a competitor’s price. You can keep the saved return in a PDF file. It has up to 5 free e-files or you can print it and mail the return. I am very happy with it, thanks BB.

This product is very easy to use and has awesome features that help the whole way through.

If you need to fie a tax return and can't file through the free sites, this is one of the best and cheapest way to file. Go in with some family members as one can file up to 5 returns through the software.

I have been buying this HRB tax product for 10 years. It makes it so easy since this year's program imports all the personal and alpha numeric info from last years return. Just put in the new $ amounts

I have used H & R Block software for over 10 years and have always been very satisfied. I have not used others so cannot compare, but if you do not know which to choose, I suggest you try this.

I only needed the federal tax filing portion of this product, and it walked me through the process in an easy to understand manner.

I have used both Turbo Tax and H&R Block. Both are good tax tools, but the H&R software is less expensive and a better value.

The H & R BLOCK tax basic software program has worked great for what I need for the 3rd year in a row.
