    I was having trouble downloading and installing the software and the Geek Squad folks were super in helping get that done! It was challenging because of my old laptop, but they persevered and got it installed.

    4th year using this product. I’m not sure it’s as good as the other brand this year. Glitchy on one section and would not let me file electronically because of the glitch.

    It is too difficult to navigate every time you try to reach customer service or an advisor take at least 2hours to reach at tehe n do not resolve any thing :( :(

    Used it but you have to go really slow and watch what is being asked during the program. The method of calculating box 5b is confusing as to what was is required there. I couldn't get the same figures, or anyway near what the program did. After completing program I submitted what the program came up with. Awaiting to see if all went well.

    Decades ago I used MacInTax. Came on 800K floppy. Then Intuit/TurboTax took it over. Only a few years later trouble started. Fancy interview system wastes time. I switched to H&R Block and have been using it for decades. From 800K floppy to dozens of megabytes downloads. Each year its clunkier and less flexible. This year it requires late model OS which causes other issues. Next year I'll have IRS send me instructions and I'll use a hand calculator. I think that will save me time.
