This program was easy to install and very easy to use

The interface for this software is awkward. The first year I used H&R Block was in 2012. I have to stick with it as the new versions import data from the previous year. With discount and rebate only paid $15 for it this year, so at least that's a bargain.

Not as polished as TurboTax but decently covers the majority of tax payers. From the tax payer's perspective who files simple 1040 forms, any software that is not free is overpriced for e-filing. I've used this software for the last 7 or 8 years. It's comprehensive, easy to use and allows importing data from past returns. Option to file electronically with no additional fees. Never been disappointed

I started my return online but bought this since it was cheaper to file. I couldn't transfer everything I did to it already and ended up returning it through HR block. I'm sure that it's good if you start your return on it.

I've been using this version of Tax Cut for years. Price includes the Schedules I use - "A", "B" and "C". and e-filing of my tax return. Great product and less expensive than Turbo Tax.

Software is much like it was last year. Stable and petty straight forward. Not done with my taxes yet but, not the softwares fault. Would recommend, especially at the right price.

We used H&R Block tax software because it is much cheaper than TurboTax. This is the 2nd year that we've used it and finds that it serves our purpose. The program could be a bit more user-friendly, but if you "stay with it" and pay attention, it works fine.

Was pretty easy, to do the taxes. It does include a lot of other things deduction features in case you have investments but for me it was pretty basic.

Have been using H&R Block for a couple of years now when Turbotax decided to change their software distinctions. Like it a lot.

I use to use Turbo Tax but found out about 3 years ago that H&R Block works just as well and the cost is a lot less.

it is very good for me tom use.step by step, why hire someone prepare incoming tax for you. do it yourself. it easy

Make sure to check your computer to see if it still has a cd rom drive. If it does then this is the product for you, but if it doesn't then you need to order the online equivalent.

This is simply the best. I've been using tax cut for ever and its not only cheaper but it does the job right

This was recommended to me by a friend as superior to Turbo Tax which I'd used for many years. I tried it andI found it more user friendly and intuitive than Turbo Tax.

Got married in 2016. Spouse had health insurance through affordable healthcare act and received advance tax credits. H&R Block Deluxe Software can NOT handle that scenario at all. As soon as I click the button that says I remarried in 2016, the software informs me to "Complete Form 8962 on Your Own". When I click the show whole form as instructed, it brings up a form with my name filled in which is unchangeable. If I attempt to override, it tells me that I cannot E-File. TurboTax handles this scenario as does the online version of TaxAct. The fact that the calculations on this form are too complex for the developers of H&R Block Tax Software to calculate leaves great doubts as to their ability to accurate calculate the values on any other form.

Have used this product for years, always get best price at Best Buy.
