This years version did not have a glitch. Well, not one that I found. I've been using H&R for many years now, and most years there is always something thats not quite right. Not this year. Reason for 4 and not 5 stars is I don't like some of the formatting used. But they're all like that.

I use H&R Block software every year to do my family's taxes. It is simple to use, you can e-file 5 federal forms free, and save your information to prefill next year. I find that Best Buy always has a great price for this software.

I haven't done my taxes yet this year, but I have been using H&R Block for many years and I love it. I keep my past years' returns on my computer and the software pulls up the needed information I don't have to put much thought into doing my taxes which I really like.

I've been comfortably using H&R Block's tax software for several years. One thing that keeps bringing me back is the feature of using the same license to give to some friends to allow them to use this software for free.

It is tax software, what did you expect? It works as expected and does the job it is paid to do.

I have used this software for years. It's easy to use and covers my needs, I've only had to contact them for tax questions a couple of times and that has worked fine as well. I like the completed summary and check list

This software is easy to use. I feel that the major players offering this type of product do a good job of providing us all with choices. However, I have consistently found H & R Block to be more cost effective than some of the others.

H&R Block tax software is very flexible and comprehensive fed and state tax prep software. Easy to use with available on line guidance and tutorials make it very easy to prepare reasonably complex tax returns

I have been using this product for over 7 plus years. Always works with confidence for me. Always come back and get it year after year. This time BB was having a special so i got it from them. Download was easy. Updated and filed my taxes.

Although I have not used this year’s edition, I can tell you that it has downloaded loaded and installed very easily. It has successfully picked up the basic info from my last year’s software and is awaiting new info.

H&R Block Tax Software has been my goto for a decade now. Simple interface and accurate calculations usually giving me the best refund between them, TaxAct, & TurboTax. I’ll keep using it for that reason.

Very thorough and it does a excellent job,it gets you the best rebate and makes sure your tax is at the lowest possible,its easy to install and use,just follow the steps and do you prep work

Software has regular updates if any issues had been reported. H&R Block also provides support. Easy to install and great resources within for any questions.
