Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The Colorado state version of the H&R Block software doesn't allow more than one 529 plan beneficiary (the State of Colorado's software allows this) and the H&R block software doesn't calculate an under withholding penalty. Sadly I bought the software specifically for these two features.

wouldn't download & wouldn't install

Same results after 4 tries. I have written a letter to your corporate office asking for a mailed check for refund.

Misleading
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The pictures on the site do not state that there is an additional charge for e-filing your state taxes. This needs to be corrected ASAP so customers can make proper choices on what software to purchase or what software they need. I will concede that there is what appears to be very small print in one of the images that may include that information however you cannot zoom in or read it the way the image is set.

I have filled out taxes before but this didn't make me fill comfortable or confident at the end. I had my taxes done by a professional, big difference. I feel i wasted my money on the H&R Block software

Best Buy software purchase
