First off it didn't sync with my computer and I had to go back and spend over an hour at Best Buy to get it working. This was after trying for an hour and a half myself. Lousy phone support with NO way to get direct access with someone who could answer my questions or allow me to add time on the device. Horrible phone menu with no way to go directly to account. I wouldn't ever recommend this product to anyone. Time and date limits are ridiculous for $50, one gig? C'mon! This is a money pit. This is NOT a simple installation as they claim! It was a mess. I would never buy from this company again. I was trying to replace my Virgin Mobile device and this is all they had.

This product does not work. I bought it because its the only laptop stick without a contract currently still being made, now however I wish I hadn't and gone with a Mifi. The product simply put--Doesn't work. Luckily for me I only bought a cheap plan, and just like the other reviewer [GPjohn], wasted $115. I'm wondering if it only works with high-end technology, if you use a low-end computer it isn't compatible. Customer service sounds as if their from India and know only generic answers, they couldn't even remain on topic and frequently began talking about phone coverage. Some issue with the SIM prevented me from even using the service, which I believe the company does not provide. Customer service couldn't help me, and at first there wasn't a manager present until I explicitly asked twice. She didn't help and only was irritating, although escalated my issue to their technical crew, however because the dataplan only lasted a day and their crew didn't work during the weekend, nothing could be done. Basically, STAY CLEAR AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS

I havee spent over 3 hours on hold on 'customer service' and now get voicemail and disconnected. The billing department readily answered and took my money. The issue is an invalid APN, the cellular network access code, and no one at the company knows what it is. A wasted $150.
