Rollover minutes

H20 has the rollover minutes that I need so I am not stuck paying a fixed amount. Recommended

Horrible customer service.

Best Buy had decent reviews of H2O which made me want to try H2O. However, after reading reviews on consumer affairs I am approaching H2O with caution. H2O got only 1 star and the customer service is to blame. The cell service is good with no complaints. If you value customer service when issues happens, you may not want to try H2O.
